Whether you love fishing, hiking, water skiing, boating, swimming, live music, shopping, kayaking or reading a book in the shade, you will find it all here, at Niangua Hills Resort. brbrSagrada House #3 is named after a forgotten Lake area town, Sagrada, which was submerged at the bottom of the Lake when it was created. Here, you'll get to enjoy all the action of the waterfront. Cove views are enjoyed with a cup of coffee every morning from the large, covered front porch. A short walk is all there is between you and the Lake's boundless entertainment. At Sagrada House, you're close to the community swim dock, the beach area, the boat ramp, kayaks and paddle boards and the enclosed fish house and boat slips. brbrInside the house, guests will enjoy all new furniture (as of 2022) with ample privacy. The kitchen and dining room offer and open-air concept living space, making it even easier to spend quality time together. The master bedroom has a new king bed, the second bedroom has a new queen bed and the third bedroom has a new queen and a new full bed. There are 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room with a washer/dryer. brbrThe kitchen is fully equipped (aside from perishable items) to make meal preparation a breeze. A coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, etc. are all in place for you. Niangua Hills Resort provides laundry detergent, dryer sheets and dish detergent for your ease.brbrSagrada House #3 is a pet friendly home. Pet fees are $50 and can be added as a retail item when making your reservation. Rules are as follows:br1) Only non-shedding dogs are allowed.br2) A maximum of two dogs per unit are allowed.br3) All dogs must be on a leash while on resort grounds.br4) Dogs must be dry when entering cabin. Another bedroom has a Queen bed, the three main bedrooms face the lake. A bunk room for kids with a full bed on bottom and twin on top. The large comfortable family room downstairs has two trindle beds, each bed has two twin mattresses. There are board games to enjoy. Bar area in downstairs family, two fireplaces and smart TV with limited channels and internet available for your enjoyment. brbrThere is a large family room upstairs and downstairs each with a gas fireplace. Both couches in upper family are queen size pull out beds as well. Kitchen is large with island and bar stools. Open plan into the dining and family room. Dining area has large table that seats at least 8 plus bar seating and sun room is directly off of this and has additional seating overlooking the lake. brbr Great private 2 slip boat dock with large swim platform and quiet cove for swimming , fishing and playing. On the dock, one slip contains our own boat on a lift and the other slip is for renters use. It is 10 ft by 26 ft. This house boasts seven bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two kitchens, and two living rooms. Please no bachelor parties. We pride ourselves on our relaxed family atmosphere. Cove and lake views from the back of the house. The house is located about 75 yards up a steep driveway from the lake. brbrOur waterfront is on the end of a cove, which keeps it very calm at our shoreline. You won’t need to fight the crashing waves all day. Large swim platform on our 10 slip dock. You will typically have the entire swim platform and dock to yourself. brbrThe upper level of the home has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, two full baths (one being the master), and four bedrooms. The lower level has an eat in kitchen with a cooktop but no oven, living room, one full bath, and three bedrooms. The lower level also has a washer and dryer available for guest use. The upper and lower levels can be separated by closing a door if you would like. brbrYou can enter from ground level in the front and back. There are only a few stairs to get on the front deck. The back deck is elevated as the property slopes down towards the water. Both kitchens come equipped with dishwashers and all utensils, pots/pans, plates, glasses, etc. Each level also comes with a smart television and free fiber optic Wi-Fi for our guests. brbrOur property is a shared space totaling 13 acres. We have 4 seasonal RV sites and one other rental house. This house sits off to the side by itself. 32' covered boat slip and free use of our private boat ramp included. Our boat dock has a swim platform that measures approximately 10’x50’ with a ladder to get in and out of the water. brbrWe have 2 stand up paddle boards and 2 kayaks available to use free for our guests. Enjoy this 2300 square foot private home, with 100 feet of private lake front in a quite cove on the 8 1/2 mile marker of the Big Niangua branch of Lake of the Ozarks. brVista Cove includes high speed Wi-Fi throughout the home, 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, ample living space, full kitchen, two large decks, and a two-slip private dock ready for boating, fishing and swimming. brThe main floor has 2 bedrooms (king bed in one with Pack 'n Play, two full beds in the other), a full bath with large bath towels, a living room with 65-inch Smart TV, and DISH TV a reading nook stocked with books and magazines, a dining area with seating for 6, and fully-functional kitchen with stove, microwave, full sized fridge, dishwasher, blender and toaster. There are plenty of dishes and cooking/baking utensils available, as well as a coffee bar with both a Keurig and a coffee pot. Two sets of sliding doors lead to the 300 sqft upper deck, with picturesque vista views of the lake, seating for 6 (and more if you bring your own chairs) , and a large gas grill available. brThe lower level includes a master en suite with king bed and bathroom with walk in shower. Second bedroom is (non-conforming) with a full bed, the third bedroom has a bunk bed with full bed sized lower and twin bed upper plus an additional full size bed. The hall bathroom has a shower and large bath towels. brA large family room with a full sized Arcade Console, foosball table, card table with seating for 4, mini fridge, variety of board games, and a TV with DISH. Laundry room on lower level. Two sets of sliding glass doors lead to the 300 sqft lower deck, with shaded seating for 6, beautiful views of the lake, and access to the stairs leading to the private dock. brOn one side of the private dock, utilize the tables and 8 chairs to watch the kids slide down the slide and swim in the lake, using the wet steps to easily walk back onto the dock. Be sure to bring your fishing rods! The other side of the dock is ideal for fishing, and includes a fish cleaning station. The dock includes two lighted boat slips, one is available for rental. You’re welcome to bring your own boat, or have one delivered from one of the local marinas. On-site trailer private parking is available across the road from the house. There are two kayaks, a canoe, 2 stand-up paddle boards, paddle boat and various sized life jackets available on the property, available to rent. Please contact us for waivers and access. brEnjoy golf Old Kinderhook and Lake Valley golf courses are a short 10-minute drive, and nine additional golf courses are within a 30-minute drive. There are several spas available to pamper yourself. brIf you enjoy disc golfing Dragon Ridge golf course is nearby.
