Private Island Retreat with 500' Level Lakefront & 3 Houses with Private Docks!!

Nestled between the highway and the lake, but you would not know it. It gives the feeling of being isolated and private. Wonderful hosts. Made it easy checking in and out. Great for a large family or group. Beautiful view of the lake!

Overall the stay was really nice. Some concerns were loose boards on the middle dock. The guests that stayed in the 3rd house said it wasn’t very clean. This was the only issues that was told to me about the places.

This was our second time staying at this property. We love it here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a family vacation spot. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy private docks and lakefront!

Perfect spot for a family reunion getaway.

We had 19 people ranging from 18 mos to 50. We had a great time together without being on top of each other. Highly recommend for large families!!

We had a wonderful week staying at Green Beach island. The houses were clean, had plenty of supplies/amenities, and the hosts were each to contact and answered all the questions I had as I prepared for our reunion. I would recommend this place for sure. It was wonderful to have our own little island to ourselves!

The Baker family had an unforgettable time at the Lake of the Ozarks! These cabins were absolutely perfect for our big group of 36. We even had 10 family members find a cozy spot across the lake to give us all a little extra space—worked out great!The Cabins were well equipped with all of the THINGS anyone might need. Our group spanned five states—Pennsylvania, Kansas, New Jersey, Missouri, and Indiana—and included ages from 11 months to 93 years old. Everyone found something to enjoy, whether it was relaxing by the fire, going out for ice cream, or spending the day out on the water with our rented boat.We made so many memories and truly appreciated the comfort, space, and amenities these cabins provided. Can’t wait to do it again!

Great place for a family reunion. Location couldn't be better in the Lake!!!

Our family had an unforgettable Christmas vacation here! The houses were clean and spacious, perfect to accommodate our large family of all ages! The hosts were very responsive and made the process smooth and painless. We appreciated them going out of their way to bring the magic of Christmas by decorating and setting up trees in each house! It was a great surprise! They made us feel right at home! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to feed large groups with ease. The kids loved the game room, checking out the local attractions and fishing on dock. We have already talked about returning in the summer to take advantage of the lake life! We highly recommend this property for anyone that wants cosy, private setting for a large group. 5 stars all the way!

This was great for the family and I. Everything was great from the check-in, the communication with the owners, the location and the overall experience. They had everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving a success. We cooked, laughed, played games and was all able to enjoy each other in tge main house because of how soacious this place was. We'll book again!!

Are stay was great! A nice little get away that allowed for some needed rest and brainstorming.

The 3 houses were perfect. The lake is just a few steps away. The lily pads were so much fun. Beds very comfy. Everything was so perfect. Being able to put our jet skis right in the water, having our own ramp, was such a wonderful surprise. ( maybe i missed that in the description) I cant wait to return!

We had a group of 23 people and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Green Beach Property. The location was awesome and the houses had everything we needed to stay comfortably. A small suggestion to the owner is to make sure there is hot water in the shower for 2nd and 3rd houses also. There were 3 bathrooms in the 1st house so we all managed but it would be nice to have hot water in all three houses. Overall the property was great for our big group with a beautiful view and no neighbors nearby.

My extended family really loved the property. The facilities were excellent. We would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful! Amazing! Better even the reviews. When they say everything is there it’s true. You don’t need to bring anything other than coolers, baby items, lawn chairs which many of those are provided. The grands really enjoyed the lily pad and other outdoor items. I don’t think the tv was even turned on except for the 18 mo. olds “show” while meals were prepared. The three refrigerators were great. We used one for lunches, one for future dinner items, and one for breakfast items. Each house had its own coffee pot so your first cup could be enjoyed before the chaos of 5 families gathering for the day. There are enough dishes and silverware in the big house to accommodate all 18 of us. If you have a real little one remember to bring their plastic dishes. All of the docks have outlets for charging boats. If you take your phone to the swim dock it needs a floaty, they don’t know how to swim! We did have an issue but it was dealt with asap by the owner.

We are a family that traveled from Colorado, Kentucky and Tennessee. This property was perfect for grandparents, kids and grandkids. The houses were well-stocked with everything needed for family meals. The owners were very helpful and gave us access to a wide variety of water toys our kids enjoyed. Having the boat dock steps away from the houses made boat rentals easy. We would absolutely stay at this property for future reunions.

We rented this resort for my husband’s 80th birthday/family gathering. There were19 of us ranging in age from 2 years old to 80. It was absolutely beautiful. The houses had everything you could ever need, except groceries ?. The property owners are so easy to communicate with and very helpful. We will be going back in 2026. This place was amazing! Well stocked with everything you need to host big groups. Perfectly located right by the lake and the house was updated and cute! The beds were super comfy and had plenty of space for everyone to have their own space to disappear for a nap if they wanted to. Plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen space was great. It was a beautiful stay and would 10/10 recommend to book! ?
