If you like to fish this is the perfect location. We are in a secluded Cove but still close enough to the main channel to get on your boat for an afternoon of fun in the sun. We have a nice big dock to tie your boat up and there are table and chairs to relax by the water. We are located close to Captain Ron’s and other fun restaurants and attractions. Stays are available year-round to enjoy the seasons.brThe spacebrThe house is a spacious 2,300 sq ft. home. It is two levels.br*Main floor with extra-large master with King bed and a full-size futon. The guest room has a Queen bed and a workspace with a desk and chair. Also on this level is the main hall bath, kitchen, dining room and living room.br*The lower level has a family room equipped with board games, tv, air hockey and darts. Two twin beds and a full bath.br*Outdoors you will have use of the paddle boat, the paddle board, two kayaks, outdoor living room, charcoal grill, man-made sandy beach for the little ones, and a private dock.brWith the two levels and an acre of private property there is plenty of room for kids and grandparents. This cove is located on a no-wake section of the lake. Welcome to our little slice of Heaven. Our 3 level lake cottage is a perfect family retreat. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath (walk-in showers) home with a twin loft and 1 day bed for sleeping up to 8 people ( 8 is 2 person per bed, 2 on sofa sleeper, and 1 in loft and 1 in day bed). It is conveniently located just minutes north of Camdenton near Bridal Cave or on the 11MM of the Niangua Arm by water. This is a lake front house with actual shoreline (deep water) and a dock with two empty slips 10x20, this is not just lake access. Located on a quiet street. The driveway will hold 5 vehicles or 3 vehicles with 2 trailers attached. brbrThe kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, baking dishes, utensils, and a variety of cooking gadgets. We keep sugar, flour, oils, and spices on had so you don't have to worry about the basics. We do have washer and dryers. Basic laundry supplies are available.brbrThe walk in level has a parlor that has one futon and the twin loft bed, bathroom with washer/dryer, and lake view bedroom with a full size bed and walk out deck. brThe second level includes a spacious living room with lake view, a futon, sofa, and kitchen with dining area.brThe third level includes a bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom, and a walk out door to the lake. Laundry service is available. Owner lives next door, so you will be able to have quick communication if needed. brbrWe have Wi-fi and our TV's are equipped with YouTube TV, Hulu, Netflix, and more. Cell service is spotty in the house but good outside.brbrA great house for 2 family's with children to share.
