Our family began gathering each Labor Day weekend three years ago after losing our mother Mary. She asked my sister in law to make sure we all came together under one roof each year so we do this in her honor. This home was so perfect for our large group ranging in ages 2 to 66. The house is massive, with plenty of space to gather or sneak off to a cozy corner with your book and coffee. My favorite space was the screened in porch overlooking the lake and dock…heavenly! The kids loved the dock, lily pad, kayaks and fishing! We all especially enjoyed hanging out around the fire pit and watching the boats go by. The home is very clean and comfortably furnished. The kitchen & baths were well stocked; if you need it Terri & Terry have already thought of it!The booking experience with this lovely couple was amazing. They got back to us with questions and made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay with our extended family—including grandparents, siblings and spouses, and grandchildren. The bunk loft was perfect for the older grandkids, and every family had the comfort of a private bedroom. The kitchen was outstanding, the amenities top-notch, and the peaceful lakefront location was ideal for our big family getaway.We spent our days boating, tubing, paddle boarding, and swimming, while some family members even enjoyed running the hilly drive for exercise. The many porches and decks were wonderful—perfect for gathering to play cards, or for finding a quiet spot to read while the little ones napped. There was plenty of seating for family meals and for relaxing together in the evenings.We made priceless family memories at LOZ Family Fun Lakefront Log and can’t wait to return!

Our group consisted of 8 adults and 9 grandchildren ages 6 to 19. The house was big and comfortable. The game room with pool and shuffleboard was fun at night. The location of house was not near alot of other houses so it was quiet and private. It was in a small cove so swimming area was set back from boat traffic. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes etc. Owners were very responsive to our questions. Can rave enough about this place. We loved our whole experience

Our vacation at Terrie and Terry's lake house at the Magic Dragon was outstanding! The house was everything as advertised and more. The pier, dock and shoreline were excellent for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and jet skiing. The kitchen had wonderful appliances and serving items to meet our cooking needs, and the grill worked perfectly. The owners could not have been more responsive. Five stars all the way. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Lake of the Ozarks!Kraig, Joele and Family

We had a fantastic stay. The house was very room and clean. The owners gave us recommendations on boat rentals and anything we may need while there. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Words cannot express the way this home opens up and draws you in. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone and they were all very nice and quiet. We especially enjoyed the upper deck and the dock. Lake life at it's best right here!

We enjoyed everything about this cabin!! We had a variety of weather during our stay, but whether it was raining or sunny, there were plenty of options for activities. And a dining room table big enough for our group of 11 to eat together!!!

A great private corner on the lake to spend for time from the city.

This is a beautiful large property in an idyllic setting. The location is outside the center of town and remote so it will take you longer to get places. This didn’t bother me as I enjoyed the drive through nature. The house had comfortable spaces for our group to gather. The kitchen is fantastic: I appreciated the two large modern coffeemakers, digital double ovens, high end finishes, and nice appliances. Nice big grill outside. Direct lake views from the decks although somewhat obscured by trees. The house could benefit from more temperature zones. There are only two thermostats with each one controlling one half of the house. The problem is there are three levels so the people upstairs are hot while the downstairs is frigid. The beds and bedding are not terrible but not very comfortable either. The house is filled with personal photos of the owners family; they literally cover every wall and surface. This, along with cautionary notes everywhere, felt intrusive—case in point—the owners showed up with their cleaning crew 15 minutes before checkout. Finally, while the setting is remote and serene, the water out front is a boating superhighway. There is no protective cove and boaters come closer to the dock than allowed. A strong wake constantly slams into the dock. I worried about the kids swimming. Our kids are young teens but if you have small children I would not recommend this place as I think it’s too dangerous to play in the water.

A group of friends spent the weekend together for food, lake swims, and fun. The house was perfect!

Great place, very well appointed! Everything you need to cook and hangout with friends! Nice place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful lake. Owners were quick to respond to any inquiries we had.

This place was perfect. Our family of 18 had plenty of space. The teenager and kids enjoyed the loft. The kitchen was ideal, large and well stock with all the utensils needed. The dining areas were great. Our whole family found places to rest and play. The dock with the lily pad was used all the time. And the two refrigerators by the kitchen were ideal. We had an all family vacation with 20 of us gathering together, ages from 8-80. We all enjoyed the home and everything that was offered with the home. It was a perfect place for all of us to be together making memories and having room to play together and have so much fun. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

Our 12u baseball team stayed here while we played in the lake of the ozarks tournament. The kids had a ball after they got done playing each day they got to enjoy the lake and the amazing house. House is huge. We had 11 12 year olds stay with us plus 3 coaches families. Amazing view and home. We will be back next year when we play in same tournament again.

The Lake House was a perfect place for our annual family lake trip. Everyone had a bed. The home was clean and well stocked. We spent most of our time on the dock - the lake toys were amazing for the teenagers in our group. The evenings were spent around the fire pit - singing and sharing stories.
