The wilderness awaits right out the front door. Hop onto the Superior Hiking Trail or the Sugarbush Cross-Country Ski Trail system. They are both just a few minutes away! The snowmobile trail access is only a mile up the road and its a 5 minute drive to Lutsen Mountains ski area. Don't forget to bring your bikes along as the paved state trail is accessible just 30 seconds away. There's absolutely nothing wrong with simply staying in and enjoying the incredible Lake Superior views off of the expansive deck. Relax in front of the fireplace or enjoy some time together in the 4-season porch. There is a master suite on the upper level of the home, a large bedroom on the main level of the home with a bathroom across the hall and two bedrooms with a full bath across the hall in the lower level. The kids will absolutely love the bunk bed room! There is a custom-built bar in the lower level, too, along with a large TV for streaming movies and shows. The main floor consists of a half bath connected to the mudroom as you walk in the main door. As you walk through the mudroom you quickly enter the open concept kitchen, dining and main floor living room area where you will find a beautiful fully stocked kitchen, a fully stocked coffee bar, a stone fireplace and in the winter heated floors that will keep you feeling cozy during ski season. brbrThe show-stoppers of the main floor are the windows that surround you and make you that feel like you are in luxury while at the same time always providing that feeling of being amongst the trees Northern Minnesota wilderness. brbrFrom the living room either walk through the French doors to the outdoor living space and putting green or out the sliding door to the sauna.brbrOff the main living space, is the master bedroom, walk in closet and master bathroom with a full shower and separate soaking bath.brbrWalk up the stairs to the second floor loft which hosts the foosball table and sleeper sofa. A bedroom with a queen bed and closet and a third bedroom with two queen beds finish out the sleeping areas upstairs.
