You’ll enjoy the entire cabinto yourself for a private and relaxing stay. About 100 feet away, there is a separate apartment suite that may also be rented, but the only shared space is the parking lot. Don’t worry — there’s plenty of parking for everyone.

For your convenience, you’ll receive your smart lock code and check-in instructions 48 hours before arrival, making for an easy, contactless check-in.

There is a Ring Doorbell + driveway cameras that actively record audio/video.
There is an Indoor decibel monitor (noise level only, no recording).
There are no cameras inside the home.

ID Verification Required
For the safety of our guests and the community, we use Truvi for identity verification. This requires uploading a government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport) after booking.

Primary Renter Requirement
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old, must be staying at the property, and is responsible for all guests and visitors during the stay.

No Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the property or within 50 feet of the building.
Any violation will result in a $250 fine
