We have a nice little sand beach for the kids to play in and to just hang out and catch some rays. We have two kayaks and a SUP along with a shed full of beach toys and some fishing gear you are free to use. We have a nice shallow shore line which is great for the kiddos swimming, however if the water drops a little bit, docking the boat can be a challenge. In 2023 we are going to add a few sections of dock which should help with this. Fishing is pretty good here. You’ll find all the panfish you need for the kids to catch ‘em all day long about 100 yards off the dock. Come be in the heart of the Brainerd Nisswa area. Everything is nearby but you won't be able to tell with the 3 acres of woods and Private Sand Beach Protected on both sides. The sunsets are Amazing with the property facing to the west. The property is all flat all the way to the beach and we are lakefront with nothing blocking the view. There is a beach house right next to the lake with full access to the paddle board, Kayak, beach toys. Lake Edward is a 2600 acre lake which is very clean, sand bottom throughout. We just finished a Game room where you will find a Pool table, Foosball, Arcade Games,Card Table. The fishing is very good with a variety of types of fish. We have added a separate game room which is ideal for keeping the noise down and having space when the weather is not cooperating. There is a resort on the lake where you can get gas and snacks, etc. There is a pontoon available for rent that you see in the pictures. In the winter there is a snowmobile trail right out front of the house. We have a 8 person jacuzzi hot tub available except in summer months. Enjoy your stay at our paradise!!
