Hygge Of Gull Harbor On Lake Superior-New!

Overall, stay was excellent. Clean, beautiful views. There were some technical difficulties with the fireplace and we never were able to get it working, but property manager and owner were very responsive in trying to resolve this admittedly minor thing.

Our recent stay at Gull Harbor over the Labor Day weekend was fantastic! We traveled with family, and we enjoyed watching the sun rise over Lake Superior and having the opportunity to explore the small rocky beach right outside the condo. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again!

We had a little problem with accessing, but it was a user problem.

We loved the VRBO. It was perfect for our family with plenty of space and a bonus to have 3 bathrooms! The view was gorgeous of Lake Superior!! We would definately stay again.

It was wonderful. Right on a beautiful rock beach. The condo was comfortable and cozy. Veldig hyggelig!

Beautiful layout. All 3 bedrooms have a lake view. Nice selection of games and puzzles for the boys. They enjoyed playing to the lake on their guitar. One of the rooms was further away from the action and perfect for my Daughter's family's privacy. Had the chance to start and finish the book Trial at Grand Marais. Kitchen had all of the tools and cookware required to create our meals. The sign is hidden from the road, so it can be hard to locate.

We had a wonderful time. House was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 7. The walk down to the water was perfect for our first day being rainy. The kids enjoyed the views, the loft, and the easy trip down to the water. Thank you for providing such a great stay!

This place is a gem. True Higge. We were rejuvenated and relaxed on the shores of Lake Superior. Will definitely seek out again of we can.

5 night stay mid July. Unit has 2 bedrooms that both have lake views and are close enough to hear the lake. We didn’t use the loft but would be great for 2 kids or singles. Condo kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. Location is ideal for all of North Shore. Quiet and private top corner unit with lofted ceilings. Balconies are 6 floors above the lake so beautiful view and right on lake. We would definitely return.

Went there to run parts of the SHT and this is a great location with amazing views.

Hygge was a spectacular place to stay right on Lake Superior. Tofte is a great location.

We had a wonderful stay here over winter break. We went snowboarding and skiing at Lutsen Mountains which was less than 10 minutes down the road. The condo was perfect for my family. Plenty of beds, space and bathrooms. We even visited the beach during our stay. Watching the sunrise over the lake was stunning.

Lovely condo for 2 couples. Comfortable furniture in sitting room. Every window has beautiful lake view. Great location.

The condo has stellar views from every room, and decks where I sat and had my coffee every morning! The kitchen is well stocked, and the gas fireplace was lovely on chilly evenings. Lots of games, too!

Everything about the property was just as it looked in the listing. Being right on the water was amazing! You can see both the sun and moon rise and hear the waves lapping the shore! We had all that we needed in the unit and it was well kept up! Would definitely stay here again!

We are a group of high school friends that get together on an annual basis to enjoy the north shore and hike. We had an unbelievable stay and this condo was just perfect for us. Thank you!

Having stayed in many different places the last 10 years on our annual trip to the north shore, our stay at Gull Harbor was amazing. The view of the lake and the condo were just perfect!

LOVED the abundant windows and balconies from which to view the sunrises and sunsets! Our 5 year-old LOVED his own private loft as well as the super-secluded harbor and rocks to explore. Nothing beats being this close to the lake and hearing the lapping of the waves on the shore! We called it Nature’s Sound Machine. Very relaxing for sleeping! Can’t wait to return to 1010 Gull Harbor! ?

The ultimate with the best possible views with the most variables of beach, jutting rocks with orange lichen, fishing pink salmon right on beach, fire pit, all rooms having private decks, plus super cozy with fireplace inside, and 3 complete bathrooms! How much more could one dream of?

We stayed 30 days Aug-Sep 2024. We live in TX and visit the North Shore for the cooler summer weather. That said, everything about the condo was better than advertised on VRBO's website. The host was very responsive to all questions thru booking and stay. Every thing about our stay was even better than the cool weather. We will return!

Very nice place. Beach access was challanging, but the beach itself was very nice.

We had a great experience with this property. We found this listing to be very accurate, the communication was thorough and prompt, and the property itself was well organized and stocked with everything we needed with the exception of grilling tools. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again. One small note for those with younger children- the spiral stairs to the loft are a little precarious and the railings/balusters on both indoor and outdoor balconies were quite wide which means smaller children do need a bit more constant supervision for safety.

It was the cutest, most wonderful place ever, right on the lake. A few stairs but we could handle them.

We are very pleased with the accommodation. It nicely accommodated our two generations.

Beautiful views. Plenty of room for the six of us adults. We had some difficulty finding the place as signs are obscured by tall weeds and no identifiable number on the unit we stayed in. Overall, very happy with place and would return.
