Basecamp for Your North Shore/Lutsen Adventures

Our host was very responsive to any of our questions that we did have, and the home was beautiful. Fully stocked withe everything we needed for our stay.

The house was clean and well kept. Great location and beautiful space! The hosts responded right away to my questions. Included all amenities we needed. Quick drive to Lutsen for skiing. Would love to come back in other seasons to enjoy the porch and outdoor area.

This place felt like home. We came in much later then expected and settled in. It's so nice we're sad we didn't spend more time inside.Very clean! Love, love, love, love the beds; very clean, comfy, soft and warm. We all slept well! Nice fluffy towels and great instructions! The communication was always quick and we got our questions answered. We plan to stay here again and may end up being there for a week so we can enjoy the whole house!

As it turned out Father's Day weekend was the ideal time to spend with family. We did some hiking and other tourity activities. The house was great. I enjoyed coffee in the screen porch. Plenty of space for active boys to run off energy. A black visited Friday afternoon and we enjoyed watching from indoors. The weather was perfect.

This house is exactly as described and we really enjoyed it. Well equiped with everything we needed (table for all of us to play games, a propane grill, food storage, huge shareable couch and comfy chairs for TV watching) and things we hadn't thought of (like cheese knives, a coffee grinder, and a cocktail shaker). Communication with Shadee was always prompt and she handled everything we needed. Our group (2 couples, 2 kids, 1 single) had a great time and all said we'd book this home again. It's located within 5 min of Lutsen Mtn, 10 min from Lutsen (town), and 20 min from Grand Marais.

We had a great time staying at this property. The place is beautiful! It was a great location. Very clean and super thoughtfully stocked. I have never rented a house with a kitchen as well stocked with cookware and supplies as this one. We had everything we needed to prepare meals. We would definitely want to return!

Went up with some friends and family and had a blast. Close to the ski hill and beautiful place to come back to and have a dinner all together. Everyone had a room and plenty of bathrooms so we weren’t stepping over each other. Was a great place to stay for a ski trip

The property was as great as it looks in the photos. Beautiful inside and out; centrally located with plenty of activities just a short drive away.

My race crew and I used this property as our base camp during the Superior 100 Endurance run on the Superior Hiking Trail. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Location is great, has all the amenities you need, and Shadee is a great host! Highly recommend this property for any North Shore adventure, big or small!

Wonderful, perfect home for our family, 6 adults 1 kid (he got his own queen size bed) and he thought this was a mansion!! We love ceiling fans in bed rooms but the great room fans were fun just to watch and absolutely no wobble :-)!! Everything about this home was great and a lot of thought put into big and small details.

Wonderfully built home perfect for families or friends and conveniently located along the North Shore. The house is close to walking/biking/skiing/snowmobile trails. Hosts are friendly and helpful with very good communication. Home is clean and well supplied. Wonderful experience!

This VRBO is beautiful, fully equipped and tastefully appointed. Beds were heavenly and it was nice to have 3 king beds. Location is central to all things we wanted to do on the north shore. Great place!

Excellent proximity to all Lutsen activities with the comforts of home!

This home made for a great long weekend getaway. It was close to so many of the parks, hiking areas, Lutsen Mountain activities and Northshore Winery. We enjoyed the fire pit on the cool June day and the screened in porch when the Minnesota mosquitoes came out in full force. The house had everything we needed with all the cooking utensils for us to make our own meals. The hosts were great communicators. We will be back.

Very close to golf course and the hosts are very accommodating and communicate timely. Will stay again!!
