Located in Duluth. We have a beautifully renovated three bedroom home with all new furniture, carpeting and refinished hardwood floors. It is decorated in earth tones to add to the relaxing setting that the local area brings. Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds and the third has a bunk bed - double bed on the bottom and a single on the top. The pictures that adorn the walls are watercolor prints of scenes from the Duluth area painted by a local artist. The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and utensils you will need to feel right at home, including a pizza oven. The dining room table seats 8, plus the breakfast counter seats two more. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. To really warm up after a day on the ski hill, there is a sauna that seats 3-4 comfortably. For those with a little more energy, a stationary bike and elliptical are available for use. There is a gas grill ready and waiting for your choice of entree. The 50 inch TV and DVDs are great! WIFI is provided as well. It is walking distance to Burnett Dairy, to kayak rentals, pontoon boat rentals, and bike rentals. There is a boat launch nearby and room to park your boat at the property. For the art enthusiast or children who like to paint, there are ceramic pieces available with paint, brushes and sealer.
