Island Twin Home- Adjacent to Marina and RV Parking

Easy to get to. Owner responded quickly to questions. House was spotless. Very spacious. We had other family over after a wedding and it was a perfect gathering space. Highly recommend!

Two garage spots! Three lovely bedrooms with king beds and everyone got their own bathroom! Very clean and nice living area and kitchen

Great house and great location! We could watch the lift bridge from the front lawn. Beach was fun and close, canal park was close with many things to do. Comfy beds. We hope to stay here again ;)

This was an amazing place to stay for a girls trip to Duluth. It was very spacious, the pictures didn't do it justice. It was the most stocked rental I have been in. Everything we needed and more. The garage was an added bonus. It was in a quiet neighborhood and walkable to the lift bridge and shopping. We are hoping to make it an annual trip.

This is the third time we've stayed at Jodie and company's property. The locations is great! It's clean and spacious. Management was responsive to our needs upon check in and they made a special effort to accommodate my chemical/scent sensitivity in the cleaning products. Really helpful!

Our son was married in Superior, at the beautiful cathedral. Reception and dance at The Garden. Everything was perfect. We had California family staying with us and the house was just what we needed. Great location, walking distance to the Lift Bridge, and ample space in the home...each bedroom space had it's own bathroom. great open living / dining / kitchen area where we are all able to gather. Definitely recommend this location! Thanks for sharing this twin home with us.

We enjoyed Duluth as a family. First time to Bentleyville and watching a large vessel pass under the bridge. The house was perfect for the 6 of us. The communication was answered within minutes of messaging. I would recommend to family and friends!

Perfect set up for extended family. Well stocked kitchen and even a high chair for the baby. Loved the layout of the house as the bedrooms were separated which allowed for privacy and quietness. The attached garage was a definite plus.

The property was in great shape. The rooms were huge and private bathrooms for each, which was a huge plus. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Great location from Canal Park. Reasonably priced. Great overall experience.

The Island Twin Home was the perfect location for our activities. It was very well maintained and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked (most places aren't) and the beds were very comfortable. We thought it might be loud because of the road it is on, but it wasn't bad at all. It was nice having space to spread out. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in Duluth and the house was the perfect location. We enjoyed being able to work across the lift bridge to canal park. The house worked out great, too. We had plenty of space to gather and the sleeping arrangements worked out well, too. We would highly recommend this house for 4 or more people.

Absolutely wonderful! Jodi and Tony were great and so helpful. If i had to make one minor improvement it would be to include shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathrooms.

Six women friends stayed at the house and were so happy with the size, location, cleanliness and nice view of the marina and harbor. We could see large ships passing by. We did a lot of walking so we enjoyed the fact that the weather was cool and comfortable. Walked to Canal Park and also to Fitger's along the Lake Walk. Also caught a quick and easy ride share, so you don't necessary need a car. We ate at many wonderful restaurants including Bellisio, Va Bene, Lake Avenue, and ordered wonderful pizza from Vitta's. Great cocktails at Vikre Distillery. Lots of shopping. So many things do we ran out of time even on our four-day stay. I highly recommend this property. Lots of room for six of us, and the beds were comfortable and having three full baths plus a powder room was great. The Hosts were great and very prompt at answering questions. A solid Ten!

This was a beautiful home. Good location although I believe the street was part of a detour so it was very busy. Owner was prompt with any requests. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent.

We were attending a family wedding that was held in Canal Park. We appreciated that it was only a 4 block walk. The home was clean and communication was excellent and easy to get a hold of.

Great clean stay. Short walk to the beach and Canal Park. Plenty of Parking.
