GREAT LOCATION 15 min to Canal Park. Next to Spirit Mt Bike Trails, Munger Trail

Stayed for a week, house was very comfortable and we will definitely try to come back next year when we come back to Duluth.

This house is in a nice area and has lots to do nearby. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed and there is plenty of room for a family of 5. Nancy the owner is very responsive and helpful.

The house was lovely, but the wood floors were so obnoxiously loud whenever anyone walked anywhere! Even the carpet upstairs had wood underneath that was loud. There was no sneaking around to help others sleep. The shower was also very slippery and very hard to get in and out of without a hand rail. Would recommend some upgrades in the future. It would have also been nice to know that all of the bedrooms as well as the bathroom were up stairs as this was not the most convenient for all of our guests.

The house is very spacious and clean. It's in a great location to explore the Duluth area. The check in and out process was very quick and straightforward thanks to the host!

Great place to stay with my wife and 3 younger kids, 8, 6, and 1. Comfortable sleeping space for all of us and nice area to spread out inside and outside in the large yard and nice quiet neighborhood.

This home was super clean and really lovely. It had everything needed. It was a short walk to the Spirit Lake Marina and a little restaurant, and a very short drive to Canal Park, the shops and Glensheen Mansion. Beds were comfy and the whole house is warm and comfortable. We will definitely come back to stay!

Beautifully decorated home, in a nice, quiet area. Totally enjoyed the concert, which was only about 15 minutes away at the Amsoil Arena. Walked around the marina. Nice to have a house to relax in with 3 couples, instead of staying in separate hotel rooms. Thank you, Nancy!

Wonderful property! Super clean, very close to many attractions, gas stations, grocery stores. Communication with the owner was top notch throughout the whole stay. Would highly recommend staying here!

Quiet, convenient, spacious. Enjoyed the provided option for painting ceramics. Bedding quality was below par- 50 %polyester sheets, lumpy pillows.
