Great home and amenities. We were in town for a wedding and had several family members, had what we needed for space and privacy. Great common area space for being together too.

Our family came from Florida, Stillwater, St.paul and Cook Mn for a family Christmas gathering! Weather was a bit cold but we enjoyed the lovely spaces inside the VRBO! It was Very comfortable and had everything we needed! Kitchen was well supplied and dining table were perfect for our whole family.

The house was very roomy and well laid-out. When we arrived, it was very clean, and stocked with everything we needed e.g., dinnerware, towels, soap, etc.

We had a wonderful relaxing family get together. Your residence is worth it.

Very nice and clean home. Accommodated our family and dog extremely well. Walking paths were great. We loved having the big table so we could all gather around. The sauna was a great addition. Great hosts, who were very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

A wonderful place for our group of 7 adults. More than enough bedrooms, bathrooms, places to park, places to sit around the table, etc. Comfy beds, cute amenities in the house, enough items in the kitchen to cook a big meal, and a great location... everything you would need in a rental. The management company was super friendly and communicative as well!

We are a pet loving family and brought 2 dogs. It was easy to potty the dogs and it was wonderful having the walking parh so close to our unit. Wonderful for both pet owners and the dogs!!!

This was a great location and plenty of space for my family. Enough beds for all of us and walking paths close by.

Beautiful property

Most aspects of this property are excellent, as expected based on pictures and price. Check-in was easy. The kitchen is well equipped, but we had issues with the disposal tripping a breaker repeatedly and the dishwasher being a challenge to run. Either printed or online access to information on these appliances and their quirks would be helpful. In addition, based on the cost of our stay, I would have expected everything to be top quality. A picky thing, but an important detail: the tissues were poor quality and uncomfortable to use. One other little detail is that each bedroom should have a small wastebasket. Overall though, a lovely property in a beautiful natural setting with views of the river and wildlife.

Check in was easy, the door was a little tricky to unlock but I got it in a few tries. The space was big and open and had plenty of room for us to spread out. The yard space was nice and being right between the river and spirit mountain is pretty awesome. There’s a neighborhood market just up the street so good access to quick snacks. It was a great time and a very new home that had everything we could have wanted!

Our multi generation family enjoyed our stay in this home. Plenty of space for everyone. The home has everything we needed. The kitchen was equipped with all of the essentials.We appreciated the excellent communication with our hosts. We hope to return to this lovely property.

Skiing, biking or sightseeing this is the perfect location. 5 star, this place has everything. Beautifully appointed with the added benefit of a sauna.

Great property, very clean, kitchen and laundry room etc very well stocked.The hosts were excellent at communicating.The location was perfect for our group. Some were day hiking sections of the superior Hiking trail, some birding, and little kids happy! Great weather and no bugs!We loved it.

Everyone loved staying here! It was quick and easy to get to all the places we wanted to go. Nice location. Sauna was a bonus!

This house was beautiful and the hosts supplied everything! From soap, shampoo, olive oil, coffee, laundry soap, bathrobes, toiletries you might have forgot, etc. Just a spectacular place. Next to ski resort and walking trail. 15 minutes from Duluth.

Great location to all the places we wanted to visit. Great floor plan for 3 families.

Home is very new and very clean. Comfortable furniture in every room. Beautiful view of St. Louis River. Sauna was a plus along with comfy robes. Kitchen well stocked. Owners were very responsive. Upper deck and lower patio both great. Easy drive to downtown Duluth/ Canal Park and the north shore of Lake Superior!

New, clean and spacious. Beautiful views and outdoor access to trails. We plan to visit Duluth again next year and hope to stay here again!

The property was wonderful and had the most thoughtful little touches from toothbrushes to feminine products, make up remover. Very thoughtfully done. We brought our dog who is blind and stayed only on ground floor where he was able to be let outside and it worked wonderfully. We brought a big dog bed for him and he did great learning the layout of the lower floor

Very clean and beautiful. Plenty of space for us all. Only complaint was the TV streaming was just static. Couldn’t watch it.

Newer and very clean and well taken care of house at the foot of Spirit Mountain. Great trails. Easily accessible to town. Great for family with games to play as a family.

Super cute place! Well equipped kitchen, clean, and comfortable. Only shortcomings were the lack of window blinds (gets super bright in the bedrooms with east facing windows in the morning) and wifi. We had challenges using the smart tv's due to excessive buffering. Otherwise, a great place for a family getaway!

We came in for a family gathering and was very comfortable and happy with our stay. Lots to do and see!
