This entire area is naturally scenic along with miles of hiking and biking trails that run along/through the chain and connecting recreation areas. Patterson Lake is all sports. Our home is fully furnished with all modern amenities. 2 Kayaks and 1 paddle board, large canoe, rafts and beach toys to use. 60' dock. All Hardwood flooring. New fire pit with plenty of outside seating. We even supply firewood! Boat launch nearby for your OWN boat that you can tie at our dock.
