With this apartment building we're trying to take an old building and give it a new feel. Located in a seasoned industrial pocket of Lansing, walking distance of capital city airport & a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Lansing and MSU, this unit is located on the garden level and has been updated to reflect a clean, cozy, light design. We hope you like it :)brbrbrbrThe Space:brbrThere are fifteen parking spots in this eleven unit building. Parking is in the rear and side of the building. You are free to park in any spot you'd like :) Apartment #3 is located a couple steps down on garden level when you come in the back of the building. The unit has a queen bed in the main living area and a full bed in the bedroom. There is also a pull out trundle in the bedroom. We have an air mattress on site if need be also. The space is best for 2-4 people. We provide extra sleeping options like the trundle and air mattress to fit a couple more, but it's best for smaller groups. brbrbrbrThis is an older brick, eleven unit apartment building located in an industrial area of Lansing, walking distance from capital city airport. With an older building like ours comes older building things like thinner walls and a creaking pipe from time to time. Most people have no issue with this. Some even prefer the old charm. But, understandably some do not. If you are someone that is sensitive to these type of things this may not be the building for you (though we hope it is). We try to have something for everyone! This urban area of Lansing mostly consisting of apartment buildings and the main attraction, the Capital City Lansing Airport. We are a quick 10-15 minute drive from everything in Lansing and East Lansing also. You will park on the side of the home and walk up a few steps to the covered porch area. brbrbrbrThe main floor consists of a living area, the dining area and kitchen, as well as an office area/spare bedroom with a half bathroom. There are three bedrooms located on the second floor of the home, as well as a full bathroom. Guests will have access to the entire home. brbrbrbrThe Basment: brbr - We would like to properly set your expectations for the basement. They should be low . It is an unfinished Michigan basement. Relevant synonyms: eery, creepy, spooky . We use it for storing extra materials, cleaning supplies, and random house things. It is also where the washer and dryer are located (Sorry!). You are more than welcome to use it as needed during your stay, but it is not meant to be a featured space. Judge us on the upstairs. There is laundry in the basement for guests to use free of charge as well. The basement is private.
