NEW: Central A/C April 2022brAbsolutely gorgeous property on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. Three bedroom, two bathroom, ranch style home on almost 3 acres of beautiful property. There are stairs down to the 200 feet of private beach, approx 220, but they are not very steep. The stairs are shared with our other family home on the property to the north. There are tables, chairs, and umbrellas on the beach for guests to use. There is a deck with furniture and a grill, a fire pit in the yard, a hammock, and places to sit on the edge of the bluff. Come, relax, and see some of the most beautiful sunsets, starry skies, and whatever else nature can create.

The house has one King bed in the Master Bedroom, and a Queen bed and 2 Twin beds in the other main-floor bedroom, one Queen and two Queens in the garden level bedrooms. The house also has a lakeside sun room that includes cathedral ceilings with skylights and a sauna. Wireless Internet is accessible throughout the home. Our 4,500 square foot luxurious 4-5 bedroom home we rent (not rental home) is located on a bluff overlooking the shores of Lake Michigan. An elegant home with a stunning array of windows fills this home with light and views of the Lake from almost every room. This home has four private bedrooms, each with its own private bath, loft sleeping area, and a fully finished basement with six built-in twin trundle beds and a queen Murphy bed that can be partitioned off to a private 5th bedroom with full size bathroom and laundry access. The basement is also equipped with a theater area, and ping pong / pool table.brbrThe just over 100 stairs to the private sandy beach are located out the door and across the sprawling lawn. The home also includes a hot tub, saltwater swimming pool (open Memorial Day - Labor Day), outdoor shower, fire pit, wrap around deck with gas grill & large sweeping lawn (all having stunning unobstructed views of Lake Michigan). brbrThe swimming pool is equipped with a high-end Aqua Rite salt chlorination system that automatically tests and monitors the water quality and adjusts (if need be) continuously. This system eliminates the need for non-environmentally friendly, unhealthy dousing of chlorine chemicals each week. Pool heat is available for an additional cost.
