Most of the opposite shoreline is undeveloped. You will enjoy beautiful views of the lake during the day and on those moonlit summer nights. The loons and eagles will be an added bonus. brbrIn addition to the beautiful frontage, there are several championship golf courses, restaurants, wineries, and quaint shops nearby. Traverse City is just 40 minutes away and Charlevoix is only 20 minutes away.brbrIntermediate Lake is an all sports lake. The lake is seven miles long and offers excellent fishing for smallmouth, largemouth, walleye, pike and panfish. In addition, it offers great watersport activities. It is the southern most lake in the upper chain of lakes. We are located just around the bend in the lake on the south side. It's the quietest side of the lake and offers amazing colors in the fall. Due to the layout of the lake you can always find a calm spot to fish or play on windy days.brbrThis property has a nice stable dock, lawn furniture, picnic table, and a fire pit. A row boat is available for guest use. We have a great beach area with lots of sand for the kids. The lake bottom is sandy with no weeks. The beach offers a gradual drop off. The bottom is 5' deep at the end of the dock (72 feet out). All in all, it offers great swimming for the kids. Sorry but pets are not allowed.brbrAlso, we have a 15' Crestliner Canadian fishing boat with a 4 stroke 25hp engine available for rent.
