The living area does not share airflow with the rest of the building.brbrYou are welcome to use the kayaks and canoe, along with paddles and safety equipment, and take Honey Creek out to the calm Huron River for a leisurely trip in either direction. Bicycles are also available. There is a fire pit down by the creek. The location is wonderful as we are less than a 10 minute walk to the downtown restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the stadium. Park your car in the driveway and you won't need to use it for the weekend. There is a big front porch with rockers and table/chairs for your meals outside as well as a patio option in the back garden. We have a grill and lots of yard games for your weekend. We have a huge gourmet kitchen with marble counters and a big island for entertaining. Big TV, lots of seating. All mattresses and bedding are super comfortable for a great night's sleep. I take great pride in having a super clean home for you with great towels and bedding. Ann Arbor's downtown is amazing with great energy. You are 2 blocks off Main Street and they shut down traffic for restaurants and pedestrians on the weekend. Thank you for considering our home for your Ann Arbor stay. The 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house with a fully finished basement is situated in the Burns Park neighborhood, a great neighborhood with tree-lined streets, abundant parks, and an easy walkable distance to the Big House and other sports arenas (less than one mile). You can also get downtown or to campus quickly (15-20 minute walk) as we are in a very central location. brbrThe home has four bedrooms (one queen bed, two full beds, and one pull-out twin sofa bed) and two full bathrooms on the second floor. The first floor consists of a living room, kitchen, dining room with seating for 8, a large and comfortable family room, and a half-bathroom. The recently completely finished basement offers additional space with a full-size futon, a full bathroom, and laundry facilities. Additionally, there will be access to two drawers in three of the four bedrooms to store clothing, as well as a hanging clothes rack in these rooms; the fourth bedroom will have access to a small closet for hanging clothes. We have shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. in the bathrooms, as well as a hairdryer in each room as well. You are welcome to use anything in the kitchen. brbrThe backyard has a stone patio, a comfortable recreational/seating area for 8, and an additional dining area for 7-8 people. As this is our primary home, it is very important that all visitors are respectful of our neighbors, thank you. brbrPlease feel free to get in touch with any questions you may have.
