Ann Arbor Retreat with Hot Tub, Fireplace, and Gourmet Kitchen.

A great place to stay for friends or family. Master suite, Hot tub, fireplace and firepit were some great amenities along with being so close to downtown and the highway. My friends from in town said they would be recommending this place to family.

This Ann Arbor home was the perfect place to base ourselves during our stay. Not only is it absolutely beautiful, large enough to accommodate our family, centrally located but on property large enough to feel private, and replete with little touches that make it special, but our host and property manager were both incredibly kind, responsive and flexed when we had an emergency. There's a reason this is a rare find. Word is out that it's the best place to stay in Ann Arbor and, if we ever return, we'll be looking to come back here again without a doubt.

Everything was clean & organized to accommodate. Hot tub was very clean & ready to use when we got there. We had a great time & will definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner and the main living area was cozy and roomy enough for all us adults to hang out for the evening. Everything was as expected!

We had a family member at U of M Hospital and it was the PERFECT home away from home that was needed! Beautiful inside and had everything to help complete the long days. Would stay here again for sure and even kept extending our stay because we enjoyed the comfort of it so much. Thankful for the host with prompt responses and for checking in on us.

Jonathan’s house was just perfect for our needs and the hosts were helpful whenever there was a question or need. We were 4 sisters staying at Jonathan’s house. This spacious house was very clean and comfortable with a lovely garden and patio seating area. We really appreciated the well equipped kitchen, especially the filtered water feature. While it is located a little way from the hospital and central Ann Arbor, we found the trip into town quick and easy. When a couple of little problems arose, Dorothy was quick and efficient in organizing very workable solutions. She was a pleasure to work with. Just to note that the children’s room on the second floor has sloping ceilings which could be an issue for a tall adult, and access to the bathroom on the second floor is through the principal bedroom. These were not problems for us.

Everything was great and the owner was very attentive to any needs we had. The owner communicated with us very well and promptly.

We were in town for a hockey tournament and had friends visit from Canada. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was stocked! We had everything we needed, and the spa was icing on the cake. I LOVED the great room, a peaceful fireplace room that was cozy and warm. The perfect conversation room. I only wish it had one more bathroom. Other than that it was perfect.
