Free Trolley to Woods Hole is just a stone’s throw away. brbrThe first floor has a brand new full bathroom with a walk-in shower off the kitchen, a queen bedroom that also has a twin bed, a bright front living room with a comfy sectional, a sleeper sofa and cable TV. This beautiful and private 1800's house has been in the family for over 70 years. It was moved down from New Hampshire and rebuilt just prior to the 1938 hurricane which filled it with 5' water. It is surrounded and next to over 17 acres of private and conservation dunes assuring an exceptionally intimate setting. brbrThe Surprise House was so named as it came unexpectedly filled with antiques and of course, being such an old house, it is filled with nooks and crannies.brbrThe main house has a Living Room, formal Dining Room, Kitchen, Pantry/hall and 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms are as follows:brbr1: Queen and full bath (tub/shower) on first floor.br2: Twin beds on second floor.br3: Another set of twins on second floor with full bath (shower) between rooms.brbrThere is an additional half bath on the first floor.brbrAcross the lawn there is an outbuilding called The 'Fish House' which sleeps from 4 plus. This is typically where children or one family will sleep. The Fish House has:brbr1: Two sets of bunk beds with a full on the bottom and twin on top.
