Perfect location for your summer vacation!

Great place and host

The house was clean and very well stocked with all the necessities for a week vacation. Lots of space for a family of eight including three children. Plenty of parking. My granddaughter enjoyed the outside shower very much. We will definitely stay there again.

We loved being able to all watch movies, eat outside, enjoy corn hole and firepit together. Walking distance to downtown shops, pizza, beach was a bonus.

We had the best stay here! The location was perfect for all of our activities for each day of our vacation. It was very clean and the communication was great. We hope to come back again sometime! Thank you for everything.

There for family wedding ! 3- children significant others and great grandma 4 generations loved it! Backyard was like oasis with birds and baby bunnies coffee tasted exceptional this place had everything include toys beach stuff and bug spray it was awesome! We all had a fab time and are thinking of doing trip every two years location location location;) easy walk to shops also pizza / bar literally 100 ft away !!

We had a great vacation and Abdul, the host was great to work with. He was very responsive and made everything easy. The house was spacious, clean and stocked with everything a family would need for a vacation. I would certainly go back.

Abdul’s home was the perfect location for me to show my southern friends a true Cape Cod summer. The house was spacious, immaculately clean and so comfortably furnished. The included equipment for the beach and outdoor activities was the cherry on top! I couldn’t think of anything it was missing. Abdul’s communication was timely, thorough, and helpful at all times. We cannot thank you enough for our stay!

We had a great experience here, would definitely recommend! The house was super well equipped and had everything we needed for a great Cape weekend - plenty of beach towels, kitchenware, parking was easy, great backyard. Abdul was super helpful and communicative. The living room is a great hang out space, tons of comfy couches and good AC throughout.

Our family of 8 adults and 2 small children stayed in this lovely home for 5 nights. The owners were kind and helpful, and the property spotless. The backyard is an oasis for the family to gather, and restaurants, beaches and bike paths are close by. We couldn’t have asked for anything more for our family vacation!

We had a great stay! It’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach or a 3 minute drive. Falmouth Heights Beach is perfect. Calm water, clean shore, not too crowded (at least in late June). Abdul and Jana were super responsive to all our questions and needs. We really utilized the grill and outdoor space and were barely inside which was perfect. You’re right next to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard which is great but you’re also right next to their parking lot which thankfully is very quiet! The fitness center next door at times provided some great music during their outdoor workouts lol. Overall a great stay and would return!

property is large and easily accommodated our small family. In addition, it is very well stocked so we could stay in to cook meals or grill outside. It was super nice to have a couple bikes to use and we didn’t really even need bikes ‘cause the property is in the absolutely best location. Easy walk to beach, downtown and harbor. Some parts of the property are a little tired, but it is clean and very well equipped. Great place for our stay.

Our group had an amazing stay at this house! The location, ample backyard, and ease of check in were some highlights. Abdul and Jana went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best! We will definitely be back.

Property is well maintained. Was able to use several of the offered amenities (beach chairs, umbrella, grill and outdoor fire pit) with no issues. Host was responsive and flexible.

Great location! We were here for Falmouth road race weekend and it was the perfect spot! Two families stayed and enough room for both. Property management were easy to contact and quick to respond! Clean and comfortable home!

The house was spacious, clean and accurate to the description. Very convenient location, especially for visits to MV.

Had a great time. Perfect spot for 5-10 people. Easy walk to the harbor and main street and a short drive to several beaches. Communication was easy. Would stay here again and will reccomend to friends.

Every summer we curl in the Cape Cod Curling Club Summerspiel. We are a team of four and one extra person. We decided to find a home where we could all have plenty of space to rest and relax in between games. This home had plenty of space to do that and we spent each night relaxing around the outside fire pit talking about our day - our wins and our losses, our sightseeing adventures, and what seafood we ate that day! The house had EVERYTHING we needed - we lacked for nothing. Home was very clean, the bedrooms were lovely, and the kitchen had everything needed to make the few meals we had there. The owner/operator was highly responsive to any questions and requests we had. And the welcome gifts were a pleasant surprise!! The only thing I would mention to others for their information is that there is no bathroom on the second floor. There are two lovely bathrooms on the first floor. I highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to have a home away from home experience!! Thank you for a lovely stay!
