I recommend taking the pond path for a beautiful view on the way to the beach. Want to be near downtown You are! A 5 minute uber or a 10 minute bike ride and you're in the heart of Downtown Falmouth. Bring your boat/kayak/paddleboard. Lots of launches nearby and space in the driveway.brbrHighlights: Take advantage of the new outdoor shower when you get back from the beach or hang by the fire pit. There is also a deck with table and additional seating next to a grill for your seafood feast! The house is fully updated with central A/C, new windows, updated bathroom and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. There is an all in one washer/dryer for your use. All dishes, pots and pans, glasses and cutlery will be there for you. Off the kitchen is a great round table for you to sit around and eat or play games. The 2 bedrooms are set up adorably. There is a queen in one and a bunk bed in the other. The bottom bunk is a full size bed with a twin above and a twin trundle below. brThe highlight for me is the incredible sunroom off the kitchen. There is a couch and tv and small table for your family to enjoy even more space. If you want to hang inside there is a new 55 tv with many of the streaming channels already set up for your enjoyment. There will be a binder on the table for you with great tips for you to enhance your stay. From where to rent bikes, to which fish market I recommend and different restaurants I love. Due to COVID, please bring your own bedding and towels.

This house has four bedrooms, each with a full bathroom—plus a fifth bed on the third floor of the “guest wing.” The master bedroom is massive with vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet, and a loft. Its bathroom has a steam sauna built into its two-person shower, a two-person sink, and a jacuzzi! The second bedroom has a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a two-sink bathroom with a shower. The third and fourth bedrooms each have queen beds, as well as their own full bathrooms and spacious closets. All of the towels and linens are ready and made up for you, as well as eucalyptus scented toiletries to get you started on your holiday! Spare sheets can. Be found in each closet, and spare towels (and beach towels!) can be found in the laundry room.brbrPerhaps the best draw of the house is its eight-seat, red velvet movie theater. Curl up in the evening on the deep, soft chairs with retractable footrests and get an A+ movie experience. Save all your “epic” movies to watch here. It’s incredible! We also have an entire cupboard full of games (Catan, Cards Against Humanity, Clue, puzzles…) just outside the movie theater, if you feel like having a more interactive night. brbrThe kitchen has all the usual commodities, and then some. It includes a wine fridge and a professional espresso machine (with instructions)! It also has a large refrigerator, a gas oven and stove, a microwave, a kettle, and a regular coffee machine. All of your cups, plates, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils are provided—as are wine glasses and espresso cups, of course. brbrThe living room has wall-to-wall windows that allow you to watch the airplanes take off from the comfort of the sofa. Sit and sip your morning coffee by the remote controlled gas fireplace, or play a tune on the grand piano. Enjoy meals at dining room table (between the kitchen and living room), and the kitchen’s breakfast bar, or outside on the patio furniture. Other family favorites include Pie in the Sky for pastries, C Salt and Glass Onion for romantic nights out, and Añejo and Pickle Jar for the family. Local sites include the Nobska Lighthouse, Highfield Hall & Gardens and The Knob.
