The house is on a paved street that is a short stroll to The Boulevard which offers tranquil views of Sengekontacket Pond, beautiful sunsets and water access for paddle boarding and canoeing. The Felix Neck preserve is also a short walk away and accessible through a neighborhood path. It is a quick ride to Edgartown or to beautiful State Beach – both are just a mile and a half away. The large open floor plan features vaulted ceilings in the sunlit family room. The dining room opens to a spacious rear deck running the length of the house. The deck is huge – perfect for hosting a family gathering. Bedrooms include the main floor master bedroom with a private bathroom and two spacious bedrooms on the second floor with a roomy bathroom. A finished walk-out basement provides extra recreation space featuring a foosball table and a second TV. Plenty of water pressure in the outdoor shower for a relaxing rinse after a day at the beach. This house also provides air conditioning for warm days and a gas stove fireplace for chilly nights.
