We’re the proud new owners of this modern 3-plus-bedroom home in the convenient Dodger’s Hole neighborhood of Edgartown, located on a quiet, dead end street. We are currently updating many of the furnishings, beach gear and outdoor amenities.

This custom-built, tri-level Colonial-style home offers Central AC, open floor plan, 9-foot ceilings, abundant natural light and a family-friendly flow. The show-stopping gourmet kitchen is equipped with Viking appliances, handcraftedsoapstone countertops and a Carrara marble island. A convenient dining table captures the morning sunlight and nests between the living room and kitchen. Four glass panels, two of which slide open to a large Mahogany deck, provide easy outdoor access. An ample outdoor shower and terraced yard frame the private backyard space. A half-bath, laundry, mudroom entryway and an inviting media/TV room round out the first floor.

The second floor has a Primary Bedroom with a Queen bed, deluxe en suite bath with walk-in shower and dual sinks. Bedroom Two has a Queen bed and accesses a full-bath with tub/shower. Bedroom Three–with exposed beams, additional Twin and en suite bath with walk-in shower offers privacy. A spacious loft with sectional, TV and work desk provides additional family and office space.

The completely finished and furnished basement offers a comfortable and cozy TV room, games, dining table, half-bath, couches and pull-outs. Sorry, no pets allowed.

The bike path is a few hundred yards away–providing convenient access in all directions. Downtown Edgartown, Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven are all short 10-minute drives.

Property management stays in a nearby apartment–ensuring that every detail of your vacation is taken care of quickly and efficiently.
