Stayed Oct 18, 2025We loved the property. It is spacing with plenty of rooms for hanging out and playing games or reading or watching TV. Very convenient to walk to downtown Edgartown as well. We will definitely be back!

Excellent communication pre stay and detailed info re details of this beautifully kept home were provided.The kitchen was well equipped & clean; bedrooms appointed with premium linens and are spacious; bathrooms immaculate and common spaces facilitated the group well. The pool was very nice. The only issues were figuring out the automatic close luxe window coverings; we figured it out!. Location right by bike path and walking distance to shops/restaurants were appreciated. We felt fortunate to share this lovely home. The pictures donot convey what a nice family home this is. We’d love to return!

Stayed Sep 11, 2025This home was spectacular. Every detail for the perfect weekend getaway was covered. The heated pool was used often, the large kitchen was well stocked and perfect for our group of folks who love to cook. The outdoor fireplace was wonderful. Comfy beds, everything impeccably clean. The basement room was great for viewing Jaws! We had so much fun. The host was very responsive to any inquiries. We would love to return.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025Amazing house, recently built, very spacious. 10 people were extremely comfortable with spaces for small groups as well as large groups to hang out comfortably. The heated pool was exceptional for all ages. The basketball was a very nice addition for all ages. The outdoor fireplace was perfect for smores. Convenient location and lovely landscaping. The managers were very responsive to our inquiries and requests.
