Large Home 18x40 Heated Saltwater Pool, Walk to Beach, FERRY TICKETS available

We came down for a week with our friends and our young children. Mel was great to deal with and answered all questions quickly. The house was super clean and very spacious given each family space. The pool was warm and spotless. The kitchen and grill accommodated all our cooking needs. Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything. Couldn’t ask for a better experience we will be back.

This is a great property in a great location, just a short walk from South Beach and less than an hour walk into Edgartown. House is beautiful and comfortable. Our family group consisted of three couples, and in this house each couple had their own floor with deck. Pool is large, nice and beautifully lit at night. Side back yard offered a nice space for some whiffle ball tournaments. We had a couple of minor problems during our stay which were immediately addressed by owner and caretaker. We will definitely return here for another stay on Martha's Vineyard!

We enjoyed the large and perfectly located house

Our family of 6 had a wonderful week at this house. After a search of several years, we have finally found the Martha's Vineyard house that we will return to for our annual August vacation. The location is perfect, the pool is divine and the house is comfortable and well equipped. We can't wait for next year!

Plus - The house and pool were very nice and more than met our needs. Easy biking to the beach and a short drive to Edgartown. Very quiet neighborhood. Minus - VRBO said the house was available at 4PM. On arrival, the cleaning crew told us they wouldn’t be finished until 6PM. The property manager said he would be over to fix a fridge ice cube bin; we never saw him and therefore bought our own ice for the week.

We had a great week. The location is perfect, the pool was large and the house was clean, spacious and well appointed. We had a great week! There were a few minor issues (normal) and the property manager and owner were super responsive. Two small items of note: the master is a loft format that is open to the living area below (there is no door). Also, due to COVID-19, they are using a commercial linen service which provides clean sheets, towels and bed spreads. There are ample beach towels. Guests may want to bring their own blankets, if they want anything heavier/warmer.

We loved it!

The swimming pool was awesome. The pictures don't reveal how large it is but it is huge. It is long and deep enough to swim laps or in an infinite oval similar to a jogging track. My family used it everyday and it was warm enough even in the early morning and evening. The grill was fantastic and allowed us to have a great cook out. The house had all the utensils needed for a fabulous cozy dinner. In addition, the house came with beach chairs, coolers, and an umbrella so we had the perfect beach outing. Did I mention the house is within walking distance to the beach? The design of the house is unique and the owner was very response to every issue we had. I plan to stay again in the future.

This beautiful and well maintained home is a perfectly located for all that the Vineyard has to offer.

The property is ideally located within walking distance of the beach and the pool is a very nice amenity. The property owner and the property manager were both easily accessible and very helpful. I would highly recommend it.
