The property is located in a high-end neighborhood within walking distance to South Beach, making it an ideal location for beach lovers.brThe highlight of the property is the beautifully landscaped backyard, featuring an oversized 18x40 heated saltwater pool with a bluestone surround, lounge chairs, and a fire pit. Guests can enjoy days at the beach and return home to swim in their private pool. In the evenings, they can gather around the fire pit, cook smores and gaze at the beautiful starlit sky.brThe house can comfortably accommodate two families with its four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are master suites with private bathrooms, while the fourth bedroom has its own bathroom (just not ensuite). Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer for guests' convenience. A friend once said... 'Lisa, I would come to MV so I could stay in your guest bedroom, it is like an English country B+B.' brbrDownstairs there is a half bath and of course there is an outside shower with a great shower head!
