Stayed Jul 30, 2023We had excellent communication with our host. The location of the house near the beach and bike path was perfect. The house was spacious, comfortable and private. The house was clean but there was rusting on some of the baseboards, and some mildew on the outside slider door on porch. There was also a mild smell of mildew in the master bedroom. There was one light that did not work in a closet. Overall, an excellent house for our seventieth birthday celebration.

Stayed Jul 31, 2022I love this property. It comes with everything that you will need to enjoy a wonderful MV vacation. The house is clean, sunny, and airy. The kitchen is well equipped and the property manager and staff have excellent customer service. The location is one of the top features - - walking distance to South Beach/Katama/Norton's Point. I am a return renter and will be coming back again next year.

Stayed Jul 10, 2022Our family enjoyed our time. The owner was very quick to respond to inquiries and was helpful. Loved how quiet it was and the yard was perfect for the kids to play in without worry since it is fenced. The outdoor shower was awesome! You DO need to provide your own linens and towels. We missed that information prior to coming but the owner helped us out. We would return. :)
