The front room has a queen size bed and the back room with two new twin beds. It’s great for a family! We enjoy the nautical theme that our house is decorated with. It is 70 steps from the ocean and a short 7 streets to the Old Orchard Beach Pier. It will sleep six comfortably. We supply all fresh linens and towels. Their is a garage under and it can be used to park one car and a space in front for another car. We have chairs, boogie boards and beach toys for our guests to use. There is a gas grill to use in the community grilling area. The coin operated laundry room is located on the 1st floor and the detergent is supplied.brbrWe live on a dead end street with access to the beach. We are the 3rd house back from the ocean. It's far enough away from the crowds to enjoy the sand and water and close enough to walk to downtown and all the attractions that Old Orchard Beach has to offer.brbrWe hope you enjoy our home for your vacation as much as we do!br

This 3BR / 1.5 Bath top floor condo is located on a quiet street in Old Orchard Beach, yet is walkable to the Pier and amusements!  Property has a large screened-in front porch as well as a back deck and a fenced-in side and back yard.  This property is a duplex, but each unit has its own private outdoor space and its own grill.  The living room has ample seating and a large flatscreen TV and a firestick that can be used to access your personal subscription accounts (ie: Netflix).  There is a large eat-in kitchen with a door to the back deck and BBQ grill.  There is a heat pump with air conditioning that can cool the entire condo if the bedroom doors are left open. The bedroom set-up is perfect for a family of six.  The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and third bedroom has a bunk bed.  The full bathroom has a tub-shower combo and there also a half bath (no tub).  There is also washer and dryer. brbrThere is driveway parking for 2 cars.  Property is a short walk to the absolute best beach in Old Orchard at the end of Walnut Street and is only a 5-minute walk to the historic Old Orchard Pier and amusements! brbrPets are allowed with a $50 pet fee per pet.  Dogs that bark excessively are not allowed due to the proximity of the downstairs tenants.  br

One can easily walk along the beach to the pier and up the main street. Or one can walk along West Grand Ave. It too is a nice walk with safe sidewalks on either side of the street.brbrDo you rent in the off-season fall, winter and early Spring time brYes. We rent our property year round. Popular off-season dates include Columbus day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years' Eve, Valentine's day, Easter, Memorial Day weekend. brbrI am trying to book for next summer but I cannot locate any available dates why is this brwe have opened our calendar to accept new bookings for the summer of 2026. If the dates you wish to book do not work for you and your guests we recommend either considering booking alternative dates or booking one of our other Old Orchard Beach properties. brbrI wish to have a party at the property with either family or friends with a group of 10 guests or more, is this possible based on the actual number of guests, and type of party our rates to host such an event start at $500.brbrI am not sure what the final number of guests will be. I understand above 10 guests you charge $50 per person per night. Can I let you know what the final number will be closer to the date of my booking brYes, absolutely. This is very common. As soon as friends or family members see photos of the beachfront property their busy schedule often times opens up, and they wish to come along. brbr(For everyone's safety and protection of our property we have installed 2 surveillance cameras on the outside of the property only. The first camera is located just to the left of the front door. The second camera points at the rear entrance door and carport. It is attached to the side of the house, 15 yards away. It faces the rear entrance door. These cameras record people as they approach anyone of the two entrances to the house. The camera's range is approximately 100 yards. If you have any concerns about our outdoor surveillance system feel free to message me.brbrIf there are any issues on the property, who do I contact and how quickly are you able to resolve these issues All guests are given my personal cell phone. Should there be any major problem inside the house I ask guests to contact me right away.
