Stayed Aug 2, 2025Check in is a breeze with plenty of staff to answer any questions and point you in the right direction. Condo itself is beautiful. The decor is fantastic and everything is very comfortable and clean. The unit is very spacious and if that’s not enough, you can hang out on the balcony and enjoy the activities going on outside.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025The condo was beautiful and perfect for what we needed. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and being able to see people watch and cruise the ocean blvd. I would reccomend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Old Orchard Beach. Everything is literally just steps away from the condo and the beach. The bar closes a little early for me but there are more bars close by

Stayed Aug 20, 2022The location was perfect. Walkability was great! Right on the beach. Reserved parking. The only problem was that the air conditioning had been preprogrammed to return to 74 degrees at night. We were not able to change that, and it was much too warm for sleeping! Since it did not face the ocean, there was no breeze, so opening windows would not have helped. I strongly feel that when someone rents a home, they should be able to set the temperature where it is comfortable for them. The bed in the smaller bedroom was entirely too hard. Everything else about the condo was fine.
