We are located right between Cincinnati Ohio and Lexington Kentucky, 2 miles of Interstate 75. There is a large lake located just 6 miles from the house. brbrLarge old house that sits on an acre lot. The farm with House was purchased in 1943 by Cline and Pearl King. At that time they were told the house was 100 years old and with that being said it would have been built pre Civil War era. They named the road Kings Heights an in the 90s the city changed it to Kings Drive. brOver the years the farm land has been divided out. Part for other homes and what farm is left is owned by a private owner not a family member. The house over the years has had renovation inside and out but a lot of the old remains. brNow we are the Great Grandchildren and are giving others a chance to enjoy the old home and occasional beautiful sunrises and or sunsets.

For the budget friendly groups or families, someone can sleep on the couch (normal couch) and a cot is available on request, as well as a pack-n-play. It has a full kitchen (with all dishes included) with two dorm size refrigerators, as well as a full bathroom with small shower stall. Note that the wide angle lens used to capture the images of the inside of the cabin make it look slightly larger than it is. br...brbrThe cabin is situated near the top of the property, which slopes down hill for 8 acres and ends at Boltz Lake. Guests are welcome to explore down to the lake and enjoy the beautiful nature scenery. Fishing is permitted at the lake with a fishing license that can be obtained at Walmart just 1.5 miles away. Within a short drive, a dock amd boat ramp are located on the opposite side of the lake. The property is in one sense secluded but, at the same time, only minutes from town and the highway. br...brbrDeer, ground hogs, and rabbits live on the property. We would love for you to enjoy them, while not scaring them! : )br...brbrAll soaps, shampoos, blankets, linens, towels, and such are provided freshly cleaned for each guest. (We have put a lot of research into our linens. It was clean and really cute. I think the listing could better reflect accommodations to say two small dorm refrigerators and loft is most comfortable for children. Adults had to crawl into bed as there is no head space. It is truly a loft. The beds were comfortable. Two adults and children would be very comfortable. I thought the couch was a sleeper sofa because the listing read sleeps 6. The bedroom has a queen size bed, the sofa is comfortable for sleeping one (and it is comfortable to sleep on), and the loft has two comfortable twins on the floor that requires you to crawl in ( a problem for claustrophobics). Our stay was a good one and we felt safe.
