Master BR has a king bed and a Jack-N-Jill bathroom shared with main floor and the second BR which has a king bed. Upstairs is a third BR which has a twin bunk bed with trundle and small twin built into the wall so this room can sleep up to 4 young people!. The wall twin bed is only accessible by a ladder.
