Ark Encounter Oasis--4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 5 minutes to Ark

Absolutely loved this place. Will definitely book here again next time we visit!

This is our first time renting a house. The host was great. He checked periodically with us. The house had everything we needed. Will definitely let others know.

This was a great house to stay in. Plenty of bathrooms, fun game room, and very comfortable beds. Host was very communicative and responded right away with even my simple questions. The only thing I wish I had been aware of was the steepness of the driveway. There wasn’t a place to park on the street. So that driveway made me nervous. But it all worked out and we had a great time.

Great home to accommodate a long weekend visit of the Ark Encounter. We had booked hotel rooms, but decided last minute this house had everything we needed for a large family visit. Host was able to accommodate our booking the day before we left. The house is 10 minutes from the Ark Encounter. The kids loved the kids room with all of the toys and bunks! Lots of room for them to spread out and play. Outdoor deck was great to enjoy the beautiful weather. House was very clean and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We were able to sit and feed 5 adults and 3 kids instead of going out to eat for every meal. We did eat Mothers Day lunch at Casa Martini which I highly recommend! We were able to grocery shop at the Walmart down the street. Everyone had their own room and we shared 3 bathrooms, which we had plenty of towels and amenities if we forgot them. The rec room was pretty nice with foosball, pool table, and arcade games. Overall amazing find and we had a fantastic weekend instead of a cramped hotel stay!

The house was clean and well equipped for your stay. Travis is very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

The host was excellent!

We enjoyed our stay, the house was clean, beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pans and utensils and we were happy there was good amount of baby items. Travis was very helpful and responded promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Our group of 11 (4 adults, 7 kids) had a great stay at the Ark Encounter Oasis. It was clean and had everything we needed; comfortable furnishings, kitchen essentials, extra blankets. The kids loved playing in the garage/game room. The location is convenient for visiting the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum, and it's close to Walmart and other shops/ restaurants. The only thing we didn't care for was the steep driveway. But, we just parked as close to the top/sidewalk as possible, and it didn't effect our stay other than helping us realize we have a parking brake that sticks. 5 out of 5 stars-- Would stay here again!

Great place and wonderful host - we had everything we needed

Great place to stay if you’re going to the Ark Encounter. Has everything we needed for our family. Very clean and the host was very helpful and attentive.

Over all a nice stay, there were a few things that could make it a nicer stay. I did communicate these items to Travis our host.

Overall the home has a very nice set up with the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, the kitchen table comfortably sat all 7 of us. It’s about 10 minutes from the Arc Encounter. All of us being together for my mother in law’s 86th birthday was the gift that we needed for this trip and this location fit the bill. Thank you for providing that for us.

Our stay was great. The house was clean, plenty of room to spread out, great location. Owner was quick to respond to questions. I would definitely recommend it.

Perfect for families! We visited the Ark Encounter and it was only 10 minutes away. Clean and just as described. We would highly recommend.

It was great

Everything we needed was available at the house. Living area, kitchen/eating area, bathrooms and Sleeping facilities fit well for us. Only downside was the challenging short steep driveway, as we had three vehicles (two were large) to park, unload and load. Not a showstopper. Just challenging as we live in a flat (not hilly) area.

Great location for our needs. Nice amenities. Very clean. Good communication with owner.

Great place to stay

We liked the 5 separate areas to sleep, (4 bedrooms and the bed in the gaming area) and 3 full bathrooms for us all to get ready in the morning. Just a few minutes drive from the ARK Encounter. The biggest negatives were the pool table is in the garage and it was too cold to use it in the winter, and there was only convenient parking for 2 cars.

The beds were excellent, the place was nice and clean! We are a family of 6 and we all had our own space for the night and the main area had a nice sitting area. We really enjoyed it!

Highly recommend!! We booked our stay in May, but in November we had something come up and needed to shift our reservation by two days. They were so cooperative and helpful, and moved our stay so that all of our family could partake. The house was spotless, and they provided breakfast cereals and coffee! There was also shampoo/crème rinse, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Communication was excellent, and every need/concern was quickly addressed. For example, we found that one of the showers was draining slowly (it happens ). They fixed it right away!!

Great location, close to everything with easy access. Home was neat and clean and fit our needs perfectly.

We didn't like the driveway. Slope was too deep. The rest was fine

This little town was easy to get in and out of and see what we wanted to. Home was well organized and comfortable. The split level worked well for three generations, grandparents, parents and teens. Thank you for making it such a nice home

This house is very nice. We stayed here with 3 couples - we each had our own bathroom! Travis was helpful in recommending a fun place to hike 😀

We came up for a conference at the Ark Encounter with our two adult sons & daughter-in-law. This house was perfect! About 10 minutes from the Ark, so easy to go back & forth. The guys enjoyed the game room & the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!
