The dome’s roof is not sound proof. There are 2 large “kid rooms” that are full of bunk beds. This home includes 2 gas ranges and 2 fridges. There are enough tables and chairs to seat around 40 people. Downstairs there is a 70-inch flat-screen TV, a pool table, a ping pong table, and foosball table. There is a large, beautiful master bathroom with a jetted tub and a stand-up shower. A 50-foot-long deck with a gorgeous view over the valley and the river.brbrUpstairs you’ll find a large room perfect for large gatherings. Along with the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom.brDownstairs you will find the other 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and a large game/movie room. Please remember that this is not a hotel, we built this place for our family to use and decided to share it with you. Welcome to the “Lava Barn” the perfect gathering place for large families. Our home is located in Lava Hot Springs, Idaho. The Lava Barn was originally the centerpiece of a dairy farm established in the 1940’s. While the barn itself has been totally remodeled, the charm of the dairy still remains. The property is located 5 minutes from downtown where you’ll find epic river tubing and the famous Lava Hot Springs.brbrThe main level of the LavaBarn is the central gathering area for cooking, eating, relaxing, playing games, and watching movies. This level includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, a gas fireplace, a 75 TV, a massage chair (yep!) and a full bathroom.brbrOverlooking the main gathering area is the king master suite, located in the loft. The suite includes a 55 TV and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.brbrThere are three bedrooms located on the lower level. Two of these bedrooms (one king and one queen) include a 55 TV and a set of bunk beds each (twin over full).brbrThe third bedroom is located in a more secluded area of the lower level. This area has its own living room, bathroom, and bedroom. The bedroom has a queen bed and a set of twin bunks. The living room has a pullout sofa and a 55 TV. This space is perfect for families in the group with smaller children who need more room to spread out. A pack n' play/travel crib is located in this space.brbrIn total, there are 4 full bathrooms at the LavaBarn. Three have walk-in showers and one includes a shower/tub combo (located on the main level).brbrOutside there is a large patio area with places to sit and watch the sunset, listen to trains passing by, or gaze at the stars.
