Comfy stay in phenomenal Lava Hot Springs. 5 min walk to hot pools!!!

We lodged in a rental property just off the Main Street, providing convenient access to local activities. As two families, we appreciated the house's thoughtful layout, which afforded us both privacy and great spaces to be together.

Easy to get to.

House was clean and very comfortable. Loved being able to walk to everything we wanted to do.

Comfortable and well stocked house within walking distance to everything in Lava. Large fenced backyard. Owner is quick to respond to questions and the couple issues that arose.

No paper towels, kitchen was oddly not conveniently functional. Two TVs were not functional. Otherwise it was awesome. Great spot, awesome place to enjoy Lava. Convenient check in and access

This was a perfect location my family had a wonderful time. Had enough room for the trail and side by side. The back yard needs some love, other then that it was awsome

We enjoyed having a fenced in yard for our pups and loved the theatre room downstairs. It was cooler downstairs too. The coffee and kitchen were great. Nice spot to get to Lava hot springs. But the negatives were the rugs are dirty, no lamps anywhere in the house, very soft master room mattress, and the biggest negative was no AC. It got up to 85 in the house! There was one fan and three ceiling fans and some windows opened. It did cool down at night but it was miserable till later in the evening. The trains were noisy as well as neighborhood fireworks that went till about ten. It scared the heck out of our dogs. This house is great for a large family since there are 4 bedrooms. But a few AC boxes are badly needed.

Clean and comfortable, the movie room was a nice bonus. Within walking distance to everything. Just as a heads up to future guests, it was a particularly hot few days we were there, so the lack of AC was a little tough, but not a deal breaker. Also one of our guests is particularly sensitive to cat dander and struggled a bit with that.

It was good. I would like a new entry rug. Not appealing to walk in. But, it was a good place, decent price and very easy to communicate with owner.

Easy access to Lava Main Street. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The home is nice and comfy!

This was a great place to stay if you’re interested in being close to the pools, and having a place to yourselves. Kids loved the foosball table.

Overall it was good. We had to dig our way in and there was no salt for the stairs, which made it a little dicey. Overall it was clean, we really enjoyed the theater room, and it was really close to the hot springs, which was great.
