Additional charges per rental are: $275 cleaning fee (my cleaning crew charges me more than that), $59 for property damage coverage (back into the garage door, no charge - it happened!), local taxes, and VRBO's fee. Officially, SKW's policy is no refunds which put an end to customers booking my home who continued shopping around and then cancelled their reservation within 36 hours; after I did a lot of up-front work to welcome them as guests.
