The house is exactly as advertised and the management is spectacular. They fixed every tiny issue immediately, even bought a new oven same day as ours didn’t work. Hilton passes is a big plus if you have children. So much to do there.Also the house is very well stocked with supplies even for longer stays, don’t need to buy anything, so convenient.

The place it’s beautiful. The house was very clean. We had a great vacation…definitely we are coming back.

Extremely nice, fully functional home away from plus more. Each room with a TV was very nice. Pleased with baby items that made it much more comfortable for the parents. Recommendations: more detailed cleaning. There were cookies crumbs and chocolate stains between couch cushions . There was some personal item trash left on one of the bathroom shelves. Used tissue left under a bed. One of the adults bike handles was loose and caused trouble with breaking. Fortunately there were no accidents. Also we didn’t move outside cushions to the back bin since they were already out. Thank you very much for contributing to an excellent family vacation!

We recently visited the Big Island with our family of 10. Having been fortunate to take many family vacations including over a dozen to Hawaii I must say this property is a fantastic home that met all of our expectations. The home is incredibly equipped with every imaginable kitchen item you’ll need & is very clean. The location is ideal & the community setting is very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the home as all four bedrooms excellent & private along with a wonderful backyard. The passes to the Hilton Waikoloa are an additional significant benefit & easy to use. The hot tub was heated & the pool clean & warm. The communication with property staff was professional & always prompt . I cannot say enough good things about how much we enjoyed this property & our next trip to the big island we’ll book again without hesitation.

A glorious place as advertised. Fantastic location. Very private but also close to great amenities. We will be back!

What a wonderful vacation! The home is fantastic. Tons of space, all the extras so you don't need to bring or buy any toys (boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, masks and snokels, bicycles, etc), an amazing backyard with pool and jacuzzi, stocked kitchen, etc. The surrounding area is gorgeous expansive lava fields so the views were great, amazing sunrises and beautiful sunset colors. The property feels very private as well. We will certainly be booking again in the future. Mahalo!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and we spent most of our time when at the home on the lanai and enjoying the private pool and spa. The layout of the home was great and we had lots of space for everyone. The bonus access to the Hilton pool is such a perk and the kids just loved it! We also really appreciated all the gear provided in the garage. Proximity to shops and beaches was perfect. We cannot say enough great things about this home. Would definitely stay again.

When we opened the door we were met with an overpowering odor of mildew/mold. One source was the washer. Maintenance came but had no effect. We then found mold in the machine, cleaned it out ourselves and purchased bleach and baking soda and ran it several times. The smell improved but was still present. In addition, the dryer was broken and in the garage; it was repaired 5 days into our stay.The strong mildew odor also came on whenever the AC was running and permeated sheets and towels. We asked for assistance immediately but it took 3 days for service and in the meantime we couldn't use the AC. The management company tried to shift responsibility by claiming it was vog (volcanic smog), but it was obviously mildew, the same odor as the washer. After servicing we could still smell mildew, but it may have been the washer, not the AC. In any event, one member of our party sneezed whenever the AC operated so we did without AC the entire stay.The sliding doors to the lanai were stuck and took a lot of force to open and close. And the footrest to the recliner just collapsed because it was not bolted to its base.We rent houses in Hawaii every year and have never had a bad experience. The worst part here is that there was never any acknowledgement of the problems. Not even an apology, even though there's no dispute that the house smelled bad for at least 3 days of our trip. There are many houses to rent in Hawaii--avoid this one!

In fact, this is the second time we stayed at their property. So, the last property was wonderful and we had high expectations for this time as well, and they did not disappointed! The room facilities are excellent and everything is here for us to enjoy the great nature of the Big Island too. We have a 18 months little daughter, she also loved this property so much that she didn't even want to go out anywhere. Anyway, they answered all our questions quickly before our stay and provided us with wonderful experiences again. So we will definitely stay their property again next time, honestly they are for sure the best hosts on the Big Island!

Overall we really enjoyed the house. I would probably give it 4 1/2 stars if that was possible. There were just a couple things that kept it from being a five star house. On the positive side: It was clean and new, the location was fabulous with a view over the volcano lava field which allowed for seeing both the sunrise and sunset which are always fabulous. Outdoor TV a nice touch to allow watching the football games while in pool or hot tub. Hot tub heated up really quickly, much quicker than other houses we have stayed at. Kitchen had everything we needed for the cooking we enjoy doing. There were, though a few things that could be improved. There weren't enough outdoor lounge chairs for everyone. There were only two and they were not of the quality that one would expect in a house that in this price range. The outdoor couch looked nice and was functional but also wasn't high quality. There were a few blow up tubes and a recliner for the pool, but no way to blow them up other than your mouth and trying to blow up a recliner by mouth is no fun. We did it and then noticed there was a small hole in it and in an hour it had deflated. Also the sprinklers for the back yard would come on during the day while we were outside. Those should go on in the middle of the night. All in all though we really enjoyed the house and would recommend it highly. The plusses more than outweighed the negatives and the negatives did not prevent us from having a great stay.
