Geckos are a cute part of Hawaiian life and is not outside the realm of possibility that the occasional, spider, centipede or other insect may make their way indoors. Guests agree to live in such a way that is conscious of this (i.e. keeping screen doors closed, keeping compost/food waste in the freezer, avoiding having open food containers out for a long time, and cleaning up after meals before going to bed each night).brbrMy home is 100% solar powered (hooray for clean energy!) and while the system is robust, guests especially in groups of 4+ agree to be conscious of energy usage while staying.
