Stayed Jul 23, 2023Very nice unit in good location with great in-unit amenities. Only drawbacks were 1) thin walls so a lot of noise from upstairs unit, and 2) under-sized AC with limits on the thermostat setting; need to be able to reduce target temp setting, particularly at night when the AC should be able to keep up with a lower temp setting.

Stayed Dec 14, 2024The location is close to shops and restaurants. Nice on the ground floor and was as described. The kitchen was great. Don’t expect to be able to connect to tv unless you are much more tech savvy then me. It was aVery small tv in the bedroom. But it was a Roku so it was easy to connect to.Close to beaches. Good parking. Good pool. We will be back

Stayed May 7, 2024Cleanliness and location for walking to shops was great. Also close for driving if preferred. Because you are on the first floor of 3, you can have upstairs noise from people walking, kids, and the toilet flushing. We were woken up early to these sounds during our stay. Other than that, we loved the place.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great condo, loved being on the golf course and within walking distance of the malls. Very clean with ample supplies for our stay. Shower stall in master is small but everything else was fine. Check in/out was seamless and we had quick response to a question about the TV. This was second rental in Fairway Villas and we would definitely stay in this unit again. Vacasa makes planning easy!
