What a wonderful area to stay while visiting the Big Island!! The condo was very clean and had all the amenities that we could have asked for. The host was very communicative prior to checking in. The view from the Lanai was wonderful. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Fantastic property in a great location. Easy walking to all of Waikoloa including the beach. Well equipped, comfortable, and with beautiful finishes. Clearly a well-kept property with the vacation renter in mind.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. It was very charming, comfortable, clean, fully stocked, and in a great location. We were so sad to have to leave!

Everything was at least as great as expected and exceeded in many ways. This place is tastefully and beautfully decorated, the kitchen well stocked, the lanais were both comfortably furnished with beautiful views. We've stayed in many VRBOs and this was the absolute best!!

Very lovely condo. Very comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen. It’s so nice they leave the spices and provide enough paper towels/toilet paper/dishwasher soap, etc. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable. Thank you!

This is a beautiful home in paradise, well furnished, clean, in a great location with a wonderful kitchen, comfortable beds, large lanai, great bar b q, close to nice beaches, shopping, restaurants, with convenient dedicated parking, in a well maintained complex. Would definitely stay there again. Sylvia is a very responsive and accommodating host.

The place is well furnished with both beach essentials and furnishing. We felt at home and enjoyed our stay. Kitchen is well stocked and there is no need to purchase anything basic. Location is also great.

Stay here! This brilliantly decorated and furnished condo is nestled into the perfect location on the Big Island. Mrs. Remington was a fabulous host and graciously helped us out with a booking error on my part.

This is a beautiful condo in a location that is very close to the beach, dining, and shopping. It’s also an easy drive to and from the airport.

Condo was clean, nicely decorated and situated close to the pool as well as surrounding shops and restaurants. We never prepared any meals in the condo however the kitchen (very nice) appeared to be well-stocked with everything one might need to do so... we just preferred to eat out! We enjoyed sitting on the lanais in the morning and evenings. Being tall we did not find the couch and reclining chair too comfortable for lengthy sitting/watching TV. The only issue we encountered during our stay was with the AC. However, the owner was responsive, and the issue got resolved. Vista Waikoloa is a quite resort and the grounds are well kept. And Sylvia is great/quick about answering any questions you may have pre/post-booking through the end of your stay! Don't pass this up!

We so enjoyed spending our 2024 Holidays on the Big Island in this comfy, well appointed Condo. Sylvia has thought of everything. This means a lot when a long trip means you should pack light.The condo has a wonderful outdoor space and is located in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is Resort Quality!

The condo is beautiful, well equipped and is in a great location. The lanai is huge, a great place for dining or lounging and enjoying the ocean view. Inside, the condo is spacious, has everything you need (in the kitchen, laundry, bathrooms), and beautifully decorated in Hawaiian style. For fun, there is everything you need for a great day at the beach - towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and snorkeling gear. The location is a short walk from the beach and shops and restaurants, and the complex itself includes a lap pool and a fitness center. Finally, the owners couldn't have been made things easier or been more helpful - sharing favorite places to eat, helping us with where we could rent stand up paddle boards, and more. We loved this place and will definitely be back.

Great access to the beach. The view was incredible and the property was very clean and comfortable.

The unit was clean, had plenty of supplies, spacious, and easy communication with the owner on check-in and check-out procedures!
