This home has been well furnished and is great for families looking to enjoy a quiet, private vacation yet be near all the amenities of Waikoloa Beach Resort.

The house has been nicely furnished and offers a spacious great room. The living room has two couches facing a big screen LCD television with extended cable and a blu-ray player. Adjacent to the living room is the well stocked kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, and plenty of storage space. The bar seats fourand the nearby dining area seats six. There are sliding glass doors off the living and dining areas offering a view of the mountains and pool.

As you step outside you will be greeted by a nice lounging area with a wrap around sofa. There is also a dining area and grill for your use. The pool and jacuzzi are perfectly sized for a family. At the back of the yard is a putting green for kids to enjoy.

The master bedroom also has sliding glass doors that open up to the backyard. It has a king size bed with end tables facing a wall mounted big screen television with extended cable. The attached bathroom is spacious and offers dual vanities, a walk in shower, and an outdoor shower.

Also in the main house is the guest room that is great for kids. It has two twin beds also facing a wall mounted big screen television.

Just off the courtyard area is a separate guest room. This room is spacious and also offers a small living space with a couch. Here you find a queen size bed facing a wall mounted big screen television. There is a wet bar with a refrigerator and coffee maker just off the entry. You will also find a full size washer and dryer in here. The attached bathroom has a vanity, walk in shower, and an outdoor shower.

The place had everything we needed and in a great location. The most important thing for me is cleanliness and it was really clean and smelt good.

We really enjoyed our time at this property and will be back. We were a group of 6 adults (ages 25-92). The house is in a great location (new subdivision), quiet neighborhood, terrific pool and has everything you need to have a fabulous time. On the positive side, the house came with bikes, boogey boards, chairs and even a sand wagon! The kitchen was well outfitted and the BBQ allowed us to cook at home more than usual. The separate Ohana (unit) was great and allowed our adult children some privacy. The pool was used constantly as were the loungers. We ate outside every night. The only challenges we had were: queen bed in Ohana (wish it was king), twin beds in second bedroom were short and cannot be pushed together (even my elderly parents found the beds too small), it was difficult for older people to get in and out of the pool (no hand rail) and we had some problems with the hot tub maintaining the right temp. Other than that, it was fantastic. Note: this is not a home for people with very small children unless you watch them closely. The sliding glass doors open right to the pool. Fantastic rental company really took care of us - Jessica was especially helpful. Can't wait to be back!
