He comes often and he has access to the garage and the garbage removal. brbrIn the garage may be some pool toys, goggles, coolers for your use.brbrPool: Children must be under supervision of an adult at pool side at all times. If children are present, locks and alarms are on each sliding door that enters the pool. No diving. The gates to the pool must be locked at all times. No glass of any kind can be on the pool deck or in the pool. Acrylic dinnerware for eating and drinking are provided. The pool is heated by a solar system so one day the water may be warmer than another depending on the amount of sunlight. Do not attempt to ‘fix’ the pool. The pool maintenance person will make any adjustments when he visits once a week. brDo not attempt to “fix” anything on the controls on the side of the house. Nathan is the pool manager and he comes once a week to clean the pool and do any adjustments.

The adjoining bath has a shower and is very large, and well appointed. The bedroom has a new queen sized memory foam mattress to relax and dream in peaceful ease. The adjoining bath is newly remodeled and stylish, well appointed, and comfortable with bathtub and shower. There is a full size futon sofa if extra sleeping arrangements are needed. For those with chemical sensitivities. We clean with non-toxic old fashioned cleaners and essential oils only. All bedding, mattress are pristinely maintained and pillows and mattress have triple encasement for ultimate cleanliness and comfort. South Point in Hawaiian is known as Ka Lae which means The Point, as its the southern most point of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the whole United States! No light pollution makes for FANTASTIC FOR STAR WATCHING UNDER THE MILKY WAY AND SOUTHERN CROSS!!! South Point is the very place where the first sea faring Polynesians (Hawaiians) came ashore so long ago and the region where the mightiest warrior, King Kamehameha trained in the Hawaiian arts. The land has strong Mana! (energy) On the way to Green Sands Beach you can still see remains of the rock hale's (houses) and stone Heiau's (temples) of these Ancient Hawaiian's. Our Neighborhood (South Point Road) is full of farms growing Macadamia nuts, coffee, and various other offerings.
