The living area has upgraded bamboo floors, cozy couch and love seat, and a 56 inch wall mounted HiDef smart tv that allows access to your streaming accounts. High speed internet, 5G WiFi, granite countertops, and a new, extra large capacity washer and dryer are in the unit. While air conditioning is provided, opening the windows provides excellent cross ventilation.brThe kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs, with a new dishwasher and refrigerator in the unit. There is a Nespresso Pixie Machine (compatible with the Nespresso original line system pods), as well as a conventional drip coffee maker. The dining area seats 4, with additional seats (4) at the kitchen counter, and 4 seats at the outdoor teak table on the lanai.brThe primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed, walk in closet and en-suite bath with twin vanities, shower, and a soaking tub.
