Pineapple Paradise, Chef’s dream kitchen, fully loaded, great house for couples with young children. Need a rental car when staying at this property, in a new subdivision, hard to find at night. The beaches are close, they provide beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels. We were having issues with the Hot Tub working properly, but other than that we had a wonderful stay

Easy access to the highway and nearby beaches/resorts. The property manager was very responsive to one early issue (the hot tub wasn't warming) and resolved it immediately. A fabulous house and outdoor setting with pool and hot tub! Well equipped! Management was very helpful and responsive. Good location for shopping and access to nearby beaches. The five bedrooms (two with twin beds) worked out perfectly for all of us… parents, kids, grandkids all loved it!

Having the private pool was amazing and the kids practically lived in it! This is best stocked vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. It had everything and had a nice assortment of spices, cooking oil, etc. The layout of the house was also great and it had tons of space. It was also super quiet and private. Communication from the property manager was also great and they were very responsive. Overall I highly recommend this property for a relaxing trip to the Big Island!

The property was as described. It was generously stocked with toiletries, beach towels, beach and pool amenities. Enough beach chairs and umbrellas , several boogie boards, snorkeling gear. The house was perfect for our family of 10! Several beaches nearby enjoyed by the family. We loved the pool and the sunrises from the lanai! We were able to really enjoy family time on the home. It was so relaxing! Best family vacation ever! Didn't take any pictures of the house because they match those provided in the description. The big open area was perfect for family games!

We had my mom and dad, my sister, her husband, their kids and my husband, our kids and myself and there was plenty of space for everybody. The sleeping arrangements were very comfy, with plenty of privacy from the other couples. Plenty of space for everybody in the living areas. We really enjoyed the outside patio, the pool and the hot tub. Easy 10 minute drive to wonderful beaches, 10 minutes to shopping and necessities. Would absolutely stay at this property again and would recommend to friends.

We had a perfect stay here. It’s in a standalone development but nearby to a resort area with markets, shops, and restaurants. It was enjoyable to hang out at the house/pool and there are also a lot of great beaches within a 15 minute radius. We ended up exploring most of the island and it was an ideal base to visit Kona, Waimea, Hilo, and even a manageable day trip to Volcanoes National Park. Hosts were friendly and responsive but not intrusive. Would love to come back again someday soon.

Everything as represented. Great beds. Very well equipped kitchen. A perfect spot to explore the island from. Highly recommend!

This home was truly a hub for making the best memories. We had never been to Hawaii so we found the location to be perfect, close to so many beaches and within a drive to many adventures. The house was the most stocked home I’ve ever stayed in, with everything labeled and easy to find. Our kids loved the pool, and we loved having the gym in the garage. Even beach accessories were provided! This was truly a gem of a home and made for SO many family memories, we hope to return!

What a wonderful experience! Plenty of room for our blended family of 9. The location and views were incredible, close to wonderful beaches and easy access to anywhere on the island. Would definitely recommend this place and stay there again.
