The house fit our needs, the only issue I had was there was glass on the floor in the bathroom and I got glass in my foot.

Stayed for multiple nights while attending a dog show at the fairground, half an hour away. Nice back yard with a high and solid stockade fence for dog safety. Not a lot of landscaping (I think this is good, no worries about dogs digging in mulch, etc). There are three doors to the backyard, one in the kitchen, one in the main bedroom, one from the garage. Neighbors have a dog (beagle?) who will bark, but that dog doesn't seem to approach the fence. Motion detector lights at night, very nice. The fence is also strung with two different types of night lights. Big garage for unloading the car. I was only in the house during the evenings and did not use the kitchen for anything other than breakfast. Overall it was a super nice place with very comfortable couches! It's on a dead end street in a slightly housing-dense neighborhood (house walls are right up against the neighbor's wall). Even so, very quiet. I would book this location again.
