Outback the in-ground saltwater pool offers the perfect retreat from a day at the beach. Enjoy grilling and dining on the patio and sunbathing on the roof deck accessed by an outdoor spiral stair. In colder seasons you may choose the option to heat the pool. We have a propane pool heater that can be used for a $65 per day fee to heat the pool to 88 degrees when temperatures are 65 degrees or more. Fuel costs require a charge of $85per day during lower temperatures. Use of the solor cover when the pool is not being used is critical in helping keep these rates and maintaining the pool temperature. Fanny's on the Beach is next door, they have cover bands on the weekends in season. There are restaurants and bars on the Strand and around the corner on Tybrisa. Once you arrive and park your car, there is no need to get back in it until you are ready to leave the Island. You can walk or bike everywhere!

On the North end of Tybee Island and the quiet end and where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a large beach but not a lot of waves. The ships come to the Savannah Port and we see dolphins almost every day we are there. Lighthouse Point features two large swimming pools OPEN YEAR ROUND (20'x50' and 25'x45') and a kids pool (10'x18'), The pools are not heated.
