Charming Vacation Spot with Private Pool

We enjoyed our stay here so much. Beautiful clean house and pool. It was super nice to have our own pool. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This is my third time renting this home. We always come back because we absolutely love the location. Having a shady private back yard oasis to return to after a day in the hot beach sun is awesome. Everything is walking distance, which makes it easy for guests to go off in different directions and do different things.

My only complaint is that we’re still not there LOL!! Everything was exactly how it is described the pool was cleaned everyday everything from silverware to beach towels to coffee was there! Trust me it’s well worth it!!! Perfect place for a relaxing family vacation!!!!!!

Location within easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop, stores, beach, pier. Pool was a nice alternative to relax after the beach. Very clean and cozy.

Entrance is up the stairs in the back and there isnt a lock box anymore. The door locks have been updated to just be coded. Great little place and we enjoyed the pool tremendously. The kitchen is a little cramped if you try to cook anything expect the smoke alarm to go off. Its soooo close to the stove, but just a minor inconvenience.

Beautiful room. Very spacious. Clean. And balcony was huge. We loved our stay. We will be back

Absolutely beautiful place but I do want to point out the small inconveniences we ran into. This house does not advise that it's the upstairs unit until you rent it, not an issue for us this trip but it would have been nice to know. You are in reaching distance to the restaurant next door but that also comes with the noise of trash, washing things outside, workers, etc. If you have little ones that require a nap during the day I would not suggest this place but all together things we could work around. The house took full advantage of the space it has and it's absolutely beautiful with plenty of sun to bask in. We loved how close it was to everything and the pool is amazing. Plenty of floats and just a fun time to be had. Like I said, small inconveniences but still a great time with a beautiful house.

This cottage is amazing . It’s in a great location walking distance to everything . Very clean, easy check in. Private parking. 3 minute walk to beach.

It was a fabulous location within walking distance to alot of places. Off street parking and private pool. Quiet and relaxing.

Great location and great property. Was expecting it to be louder with it being behind a busy restaurant but it was surprisingly quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Host was extremely attentive - answering almost instantly. Pool & house were as described ! Would stay again - had a great time!

The heated pool was lovely, and the location is great. We have stayed here before, and had an even better time with this trip than our previous visit. It is right next to a busy restaurant, but the fence provides privacy

The house was perfect for the 3 of us. We loved the pool & stayed by it for the majority of our stay! The restaurant by the house is just a walk down the steps and to the right with great food & fast service. The walk to the beach was quick, took us about 6 mins including waiting on the lights to cross the road. Everyone was very friendly and they cleaned the pool every morning. I have no complaints & plan to come back!!

Great property! We had an issue with the air conditioning and they had someone come out immediately to fix the problem.

Location was amazing! It was great to have the pool right there. Host was responsive and we appreciated the binder of local recommendations.

Beautiful home! Great proximity to the beach. We had a good time here. We hardly noticed the restaurant behind the property, in fact, it was nice to be walking distance to several places. My only issue is that I asked the host a question and never got an answer, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our first trip using VRBO. Everything is excellent regarding this property.Private pool, 5 minute walk to the beach, no hassle parking, easy access to everything in the south area.Very clean property. Full size galley kitchen, 2.5 baths, full size washer and dryer. We are already planning our next trip to this property.

Are stay was very good. Communication was great, location was great with beach,stores, and restaurants all near by. Pool was cleaned everyday and was great for my 11yr old son to enjoy. Could have been a little better cleaned but do to people checking out late cleaning was rushed. They did make things right.

Our family stayed at Sunray’s over Memorial Day weekend. The house is in an excellent location behind Stingray’s restaurant and near the pier and downtown beach/strand area. It’s an easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The house was very clean and well maintained. The pool area is very quiet and private despite being directly behind a busy restaurant and bar. Beautiful space with a grill and plenty of outdoor seating. We really enjoyed grilling out and hanging by the pool. The only downside is due to the proximity of the restaurant there is an overwhelming smell of deep fryer/fried food wafting through the air when outside. Also on garbage day it can be rather loud with the garbage trucks emptying the dumpster outside the restaurant early in the morning. Susan was very responsive to our questions and helpful with recommendations on where to rent beach chairs. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

The house wasn't very clean. Very noisy corner. Tried communicating with the owner several times during our stay. She never responded!
