My friend and I had a girls trip to David’s property and he was an excellent host! He was kind enough to let us know when his cleaners were done at the property and we were able to check in early. He communicates with his guest to ensure we are happy with his accommodations. He went above and beyond! The condo is on the north side of the island which is so much more private than the south side. We had an excellent view of the ocean from the master bedroom and living room! It had cold air, and comfortable beds! We will definitely stay here again! Just a side note is don’t bring a large suitcase. You will be walking up 3 flights of stairs (no elevator). This was okay by me, however my friend did bring a suitcase but managed it. Thank you David!

Nice property, no issues checking in or during our stay. Beautiful views, lots of dolphin sightings and loved watching all the cargo ships passing on the way to and from Savannah port.

Dave’s place was hands down amazing! It was so nicely decorated, the beds were super comfy, and we had everything that we could have needed available to us. I loved that it was on the north side of the island and away from all the touristy stuff. We rented bikes and hung at some local spots near by. My sister and I loved it so much that we toured a unit for sale! Thanks for sharing your place with us, we will cherish the memories we made in Tybee!

The host was attentive. The condo was neatly decorated. Had a great view of the water. I neglected to notice in his descriptions how challenging the steps might be. Not his fault. The condo property was well kept which helped compensate for the fact that the complex is older than many we are accustomed to.

David was very welcoming! Amenities were good. GREAT VIEW!Screen doors need repair. Shower curtains, and kitchen needs updating.The bedrooms and the living room was wonderful.

We loved the view! And the walk down to waterfront was minimal. Good location and easily accessible to local restaurants. The owner was extremely responsive with communication. We would highly recommend this condo.

We enjoyed our stay. The ocean view was lovely and watching the freighters go by entertaining. The beach was clean and not crowded. Spent many hours watching the dolphins. It was the perfect location allowing us to spend time in Savannah. We also enjoyed many of the local restaurants with excellent seafood. Host was very kind sending suggestions and communication was easy. We would definitely return to Tybee and this condominium.

Amazing view! Perfect stay!

The view from this condo was spectacular! This section of the beach is HUGE with lots of sea life! The condo had plenty of room for 5 of us. The beautiful white sofa is due for a wash. This was a great pick for our first trip to Tybee! Would love to come back.

Great quiet location! Beautiful! You can watch the dolphins and ships right from the balcony or take a short walk down to the beach. Close to everything you want to do.

The description is true. It is a 3rd floor walk up unit with the best views of north Tybee island. It is quiet and so close to the beach. My 11 and 13 year old loved the queen sized bunk beds, we loved the king size bed. We stayed for a week and did beach all morning until lunch and then explored the island in the afternoon. We would have liked a couple more dish detergent pods, but the in unit laundry helped a ton! 4 People is the most I would fit in here comfortably. Cute nautical decor.

Excellent stay on Tybee Isl., Lighthouse Point 21-C all we expected it to be. Accommodated two friends meeting on Tybee. Lots of time on the balcony. Thanks for binoculars. Took those to Savannah Wildlife Preserve. Plenty of exercises on the stairs. Unit very accommodating. Highly recommend.

The view was great. The sun does not directly hit you on the balcony until very late day, which is great so you do not bake in the sun. Unit was clean. It has Roku in case weather keeps you indoors. Host was great at communication and gives helpful info. The negatives would be equivalent of 4 stories of stairs as he warns in listing, and also you have to be a bit of a contortionist to get in and out of your SUV in the tight space under the building. So people with physical limitations may be challenged by these things. These minor things are worth it with the great view and the fact that it is top floor, so nobody is stomping on your ceiling. If I come to Tybee again, I will most likely be staying here, which is the best indication of a positive experience.

The description says it is the best view on the island and I believe it. The unit is perfectly appointed. It has a cosy comfortable cottage feel. The host is readily available. The beach was very private. It has stairs, but with a little planning, they are manageable. There is a great restaurant (The Deck) downtown and a local IGA market. We spent hours on the deck enjoying the view and the outdoors. We just got back and are already planning another stay.

Our family enjoyed the beach and easy walk down to it. The property was clean and up to date. We hope to come back again!

We really enjoyed this condo and visiting Tybee Island. My 76 years old knees complained a bit about the 4 flights of stairs but the view was worth it!

We loved staying here and hate that our trip was so short! It was really clean and we loved watching the ships pass by right from the balcony.

This condo has amazing views of the River and ocean. It’s in a quiet complex with pleasant neighbors. The unit is a mix of rustic and beachy. The kind owner provided excellent communication and support with a couple concerns we brought to him. The beach is huge and we found many shells, some sand dollars and starfish (we didn’t take bcz they were alive). Lots of shorebirds to watch from the balcony. We enjoyed walking to several restaurants, and a couple car trips to Savannah. All in all a great stay! Would recommend this location for any stay on Tybee Island.

We had a great time celebrating NYE on Tybee! The condo was great. This was our first year on the north end, and it was wonderful. In other reviews, you’ve read about the stairs, and they are no joke. Lots of stairs; BUT the view is worth it! Truly spectacular! The owner is also very nice and great to work with. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location and view. Pretty cool to see the giant cargo ships almost right out the window. Stairs not suitable for everyone. Parking spot is a bit tight. Bathrooms a little smaller than i like. Access to other Tybee businesses and Savannah is good.

Very private. A quite place to go and nap, read, listen to the ocean, go for a long walk.

Overall a good experience minus holes in the main bedroom sheets and a questionable white stain on a blanket.

This property was lovely, beautifully decorated and clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing!! A delightful weekend all around.

My husband and I needed a break and this place was the ticket , not alot of people and island life . We had a great time and can’t wait to come back . The only thing is the master bed was hard and uncomfortable, we ended up sleeping in the bunk beds those were comfy . That’s th e only thing I would change is the mattress in master . Otherwise , view was amazing and close to everything. We loved it

The entry way could be cleaner. There was an odor like prior guest had fried fish. Table needs painting and over the stove microwave would be a huge upgrade.
