Beach Front Condo on the Strand, 101 Steps to the Beach STR2021-00204

Great location, spectacular host. We rented this property on a short trip to experience the Beach Bum Parade (that deserves it's own review, but it's a kind of island-wide water-gun battle that is absurdly fun). This spot was perfect, toward the southern end of the island with great views of the beach from the third floor. The property was clean, and like the description states had absolutely everything that you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable. All of that is kind of the benchmark that you expect on a rental like this though. What really made this particular location special was its host. Mary met with us upon arrival to ensure that the property was as expected and that we had everything we needed. She shared valuable tips and advice for getting the most out of our time on the island and genuinely seemed to care that we had a great time. It was clear that she was local to the island and truly loved the place and wanted to share it with people and as a result our experience was enriched. Thanks so much for being great hosts, we will definitely be returning to this place for the next water gun battle!

We had an amazing stay! Paul & Mary provided everything we needed that other hosts don’t usually think of. Communication was great & they were always there to help whenever we had questions. We can’t wait to be back next year.

The cleanest codo we have ever rented on Tybee. It had everything we needed for our stay. The view was amazing. The hosts were just a text away, if needed. We have found our home away from home.

Great property close to the beach and “downtown”. Paul and Mary were very responsive and accommodating.

The condo was perfect for our family of three. The owners are fantastic and responsive, and they helped us navigate the area and solve any issues. The condo is in easy walking distance of the main part of downtown, and Paul was super helpful in providing information about the island, tides, and things to do.

The host was awesome. Location was good , very clean , will stay again.

This was our 3rd time staying here and it was another excellent experience. The hosts were welcoming as always. Our Tybee home was very good as always. We are already looking forward to when we come back in December!

The property was exactly as described. The location was perfect. We loved walking across the street and being at the beach. The restaurant next door (Fannie's) was so good. They made the best shrimp tacos. The Sundae Cafe was a nice treat too. The hosts were great and meet us upon our arrival. We had an amazing stay.

Paul and Mary were wonderful hosts at their beachfront condo in Tybee Island. Paul welcomed us upon arrival and was extremely friendly, taking time to walk us through the condo and share helpful tips about the island. The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and offered beautiful beach views that made our stay even more enjoyable. Their warm hospitality and the perfect location made for a truly memorable visit.

Great location. Walking distance from the “downtown area” as well as the beach! Paul and Mary provided much of what we needed during stay from coffee, cooking essentials, and beach needs and were great to communicate with.

This property is absolutely amazing. Gorgeous view of the beach on the balcony, and also just sitting on the couch looking out-incredible! The location is right near the pier and Tybee shopping. The owners are super nice and accommodating! Will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful spring break on Tybee! The condo was perfect for our family…beautiful views, close to the beach and was stocked anything and everything we could have possibly needed on our trip! Excellent communication, would definitely recommend!

This condo is everything we hoped for and more. Convenient access to shopping and dining, and you can't get any closer to the beach. The condo includes private covered parking and is close enough to walk most of the town. The owners were incredibly kind and only a quick text away if needed.

We visited Tybee for the Critz Tybee Run festival and wanted to stay near the start line. It was the perfect location for the race! It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Mary was so welcoming and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo is in exceptional condition. The view is amazing and everything you could need is within walking distance.The property owners are wonderful. Mary met us to introduce us to the condo and Tybee. She was great!I can’t imagine a better place to stay on Tybee.

We flew into Savannah and it was a quick drive to the condo.It was clean, quiet and had everything we needed for a long weekend.!

We were very pleased with this property and owners. Paul and Mary greeted us at the condo as we arrived. They gave us great ideas of places to eat and things to do. We enjoyed waking up to the ocean waves and watching the sun rise from our balcony. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. We will definitely rent there again on any future trips to Tybee Island.

Host was very helpful took the time to tell us about the area and the restaurants. Every thing was as described and clean.

Our week on Tybee Island was wonderful. We could not have asked for better accommodations. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We were on the third foolr overlooking the ocean. The condo was well stocked with everything we might need to make our stay stress free. Paul and Mary, the managers were awesome.

This was our second time staying here and we cannot wait to come back! Unfortunately it will be a couple of years at least :( I will recommend this place to anyone who asks. The owners are so welcoming and helpful, the condo is a wonderful location close to the beach and many food places on the south end. I never give perfect reviews because none of us are perfect but if this place wasn't perfect, why would we want to come back?! Thank you for another fantastic Tybee week!!
