Thank you for your interest in our beach getaway! We have a 1 Bedroom (Queen bed) condo with a Queen sofa bed, and 1 Child's bunk that sleeps a maximum of 4 adults. This is a first floor unit that is beachfront with a GREAT view! Only a few steps to one of two pools and also a private beach boardwalk. Private, secure wifi is provided, as well as HDTV and DVD players for our guests. There are games for everyone to enjoy, movies to watch, and books to read in the living room for your enjoyment and family fun. We are located in a quiet, gated community on the north side of Tybee Island. While staying at our unit you can enjoy the 710 feet of private beach, two tennis courts, and a pickle ball court. We love to watch the ships pass and the dolphins play from our balcony especially at sunset, which is spectacular! The waters are calmer with smaller waves offering a great place for smaller children to swim. We enjoy getting our paddle board and kayaks out and paddling around to watch the dolphins and head to the historic Cockspur lighthouse or fort Pulaski. The beach is great to walk and find sea shell treasures. A studio apartment on the ground level features a queen bed, television, DVD player and movies, granite countertops in the kitchen with refrigerator with ice maker and new appliances including microwave and countertop oven. Everything you need in a kitchen is provided in this second kitchen including cookware, dishes, utensils, and a coffee pot. New flooring in studio and upstairs bedrooms plus new beds, mattresses, and bedding throughout all in summer 2022. The mattress in the apartment is new September 2023. In the garage you will find bicycles, beach cart, beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella, etc. In addition, the garage features a gaming area with Playstation and a few games. There is a clothes dryer in the garage that works much better than the dryer on the third floor.br As you move into the main house a foyer with utility closet that has cleaning supplies and extra lightbulbs etc. The second floor is an open concept living room, kitchen, dining area, including a bar with additional seating. There are two balconies on this floor with ocean views and seating for meals or just relaxing. This floor also has a Pack n Play, baby gates, high chair, and and activity table for children. This room includes a new (summer2022) sleeper sofa. This is the fifth bed. We have an air mattress also available for use anywhere to create another sleeping space.br The third floor features 3 bedrooms with 2 king beds and one queen. Each room has a balcony with ocean, nature, and neighborhood views.
